Or hoped that she would be moving there soon.

I am wondering if the Sawhill Apartments send out follow up postcards thanking you for your visit. It has been a long time but I do remember getting a few when I last looked for an apartment. If they do, it would be more plausible to me that Casey went through their outgoing mail and got ZGs name (I don't believe she has been using this name for years). That seems much easier for her to do unnoticed than being in the office at the same time as ZG and overhearing it, or being in the office and seeing the card. No one from the staff can place her at the scene.

And the odds of it just being a coincidence, that would be amazingly high if only the name matched, add the name matches and it is the DAY after Caylee is last scene, not buying that as a random possiblity.[/QUOTE]

Isn't there something on WS that the owner of Fusion is also the owner of Sawgrass apts? It seems as I remember somebody had posted that on WS.

When I came up with this idea I typed in "License Plate"+"lookup"+"Florida" - there were several resources - including the Florida DMV database.

It just doesn't make sense that she would try to acquire the name of a person that signed in as a visitor - that would not advance her story, she must have thought that she lived there.

Dorvillian...........thanks, interesting resource!

I have a question, if the ZG that they interviewed on the news has 4 kids and no jobs, then why was she looking at higher end apartments renting for $1000-$1800 a month? Not saying that she is being untruthful, but isn't that a bit out of the price range for someone in her situation?

I thought someone else had posted that those apts weren't that nice. Or does even a crappy roach infested apt go for $1000 in Orlando?

I'll post the link, those are kick-butt apartments. At least it seems that way on the website.

I think she has a husband who was said to have waited in the car while she looked at the apartment, and also other apartments, that day.

It takes longer than three days before a dead body starts to smell.
If the dead body is in a casket and the casket is shut and you open it on the third day it does not smell yet but there is dark spots on the body at that time.

A dead body in a casket is embalmed and for the lack of a better word, pickled. That's why there is no smell in three days.

Well the Zenaida who went to Sawgrass is Zenaida Gonzales, not Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzales as Casey claims...

"A manager of the Sawgrass Apartments confirms that a Zenaida Fernandez-Gonzalez did take a tour of the complex, but no employees at the apartment recognized any photos of women with that name, or any photo of Casey or Caylee."

Source Here.

1 Bedrooms range from $ 628 - 774
2 Bedrooms $754
3 Bedrooms $1134

I'm in DC where a descent 2 bedroom starts around $1600 so I personally don't find these to be Kick-Butt... roach infested.. yes, maybe?!?!

This is the text from her MySpace posting. Notice how she's basically telling everyone that SHE is the one who has raised Caylee . . . so we can infer that Cindy was basically the child's mother. I wonder what "lies" and "betrayal" are referring to? Seems to me that it means more than just "stealing money"

She came into my life unexspectedly, just as she has left me. This precious little angel from above gave me strength and unconditional love. Now she is gone and I don’t know why. All I am guilty of is loving her and providing her a safe home. Jealousy has taken her away. Jealousy from the one person that should be thankfull for all of the love and support given to her. A mother’s love is deep, however there are limits when one is betrayed by the one she loved and trusted the most. A daughter comes to her mother for support when she is pregnant, the mother says without hesitation it will be ok. And it was. But then the lies and betrayal began. First it seemed harmless, ah, love is blind. A mother will look for the good in her child and give them a chance to change. This mother gave chance after chance for her daughter to change, but instead more lies more betrayal. What does the mother get for giving her daughter all of these chances? A broken heart. The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby that her mother raised, fed, clothed, sheltered, paid her medical bills, etc. Instead tells her friends that her mother is controlling her life and she needs her space. No money, no future. Where did she go? Who is now watching out for the little angel?[/QUOTE

I am new here, and would like to share my unique opinion that I think Caylee is ok. I think this story has leaped and leaped into unexpected territory that neither Casey nor Cindy could have imagined. I think Casey and Cindy have been fighting over Caylee since not long after she was born. I think Casey took Caylee out of the home, for the purposeof hurting her mom, without thinking into the future. I think they moved in with Tony, and Tony and Casey know where Caylee is. I think Casey put the car at Amscot on purpose to scare Cindy because Casey loves drama. I think Casey didn't expect Cindy to call the cops, and Cindy expect Casey to not tell the cops where Caylee was. I think Casey is mad as h*ll for getting thrown in jail and she isn't going to giver her mom the satisfaction of getting Caylee. If Cindy hadn't found Amy's addy in the car, she would not have known where to look for Casey, and they both would be missing, not just Caylee. I think Casey wanted to hurt, scare her mom, and never let her see Caylee again. jmo

People seem to be tripping up over the GP's claims Zanny has been mentioned for a year or so. Let's review:

(These are just paraphrasing, don't remember exact quotes.:))

I just said the car smelled like a dead body to get the police over here more quickly. (Detective testified to smell, cadaver dog made hit on trunk of said car.)

Those pictures were taken when Casey was pregnant with Caylee.

Those pictures were taken two and three years ago.

A report was not filed about the shed being broken into.

The gascans were returned, it was a neighbor.

See where I am going with this. Something else I would like to point out, we are not privy to what is being told to LE, all these comments have been made to the press. Lying to the press is not against the law.
Lanie

BTW, I like the idea about looking up the license number. I hope LE is reading these threads, they could check into the computers Casey had access to, and also the credit card records, especially if the info about 'nanny' car is accurate. That would explain nicely how she got the name.

But how did she know that someone named ZG, the name of a nanny that she has she has been using for over a year that she has mentioned to others, would be there on that day?

I was going with the assumption that she could have gotten the license plate number...it would probably be worth $20 (the probable cost of looking up a plate online). If Casey saw ZG leaving the vacant apartment and get into her car...

So then how did Casey make her car smell enough like a decomposing body and find body fluids to py into the trunk that would show up under a black light? Isn't that going a bit too far or the sign of a really twisted mind?

"The daughter who stole money, lots of money, leaves without warning and does not let her mother now speak to the baby".

I think some of the lots of money theft happened before Casey ever left home with Caylee on the 16th. Cindy is pretty detailed and orderly with her descriptions. Lies and betrayal, then chances to change, then more lies and betrayal.

Well actually it just depends on where in the country you live. Here in the Raleigh, NC area prices for a 2 bedroom range from $600 to $800 for an average complex. For one of the high end complexes, it's more like $1200 and for the less appealing section of town it's still $400-500. Based on the research I've done on Orlando, FL I would say that the area is comparable to where I live as far as the cost of living - so $600-800 for an apartment doesn't mean it's "roach infested". That being said, I do recall someone on here (a local) saying that the area of town the Sawgrass apartments is in, is not the "best" area of town.

Is that fact that they found body fluids in the trunk?? Just wondering, I haven't heard that..

Yes. It also allows her to easily dispose of a body at the Sawgrass dumpster, on the 18th.
