The only way that would work is if Cayley was in the pool for some time. Bodies don't start the decomposition process immediately. It would be possible if maybe she went to sleep/passed out etc and by the time she realized Caylee was in the pool hours would have passed.

From what I have read, yes they do. It only takes minutes to drown. I'm not saying she began decomposing in the pool. I'm saying maybe Casey took her out of the pool, lied her in the grass or on the ground somewhere and went in the house to figure out her next move. It would explain the cadaver dogs hitting in the yard... Like I said, it's just a theory....

And a body actually does begins decomposing very shortly after death. It goes through different stages of decomposition. Read this very interesting article that will give you an idea of how soon after death the body can leave the "smell of death."

What's surprising to me is how the Anthonys have seemingly gone off on thier own investigation.
The sad part though, it's an investigation that isn't based with facts of the case.

Anything dealing with Casey's involvement in this case they are unwilling to admit to -- so
right off the bat they are going to have a flawed investigation.

They might as well be looking for Caylee in Russia if they are unwilling to look at all the
evidence.

I believe up to the 911 call Cindy NOR George were involved. I do think they have witheld info in an effort to protect Casey, and I think Casey at the end of the day will be charged with crimes other than just those relating to caylee and they are attempting to cover those as well- risk mitigation if you will. There comes a time I believe when you have to make a stand on the truth, even if it will hurt someone you love, for the greater good, in this case Caylee confessing to the whereabouts of her child.
For me that is the priority

CL= Craigslist, thanks a lot for reporting that. I thought I was going crazy cuz once I sent my comment the original post was gone.

For those of you who think Cindy may be involved....how do you explain the 911 calls...especially the last one? If she was in on it she wouldn't be talking about a dead body, just found my daughter, my grandaugther is missing "I need to find her". And even with George, telling the police that Casey is holding info back. No doubt they are telling half-truths -- especially Cindy -- but it really seems pretty clear that after Lee had a convo with Casey just before the last 911 call -- right there and then -- Cindy realized it wasn't just Casey spiting her and staying away with Caylee -- there was a real crisis.

When you go back to the first 911 call about the stolen car and money and then add in the third 911 call with the smell of the dead body, you wonder why Cindy didn't say in the first 911 call, "I want my daughter arrested as I found her car today and it smells like there was a dead body in the car and my granddaughter is missing!

Cindy didn't need to hear 31 days later on, she had the info right there and then as she had the car in her possession for nearly 4 hours smelling like a dead body was in the car before Cindy made the first 911 call.

A majority of the people may be thinking that way. And now add it, it was the pizza, just kind of throws things into a turmoil.

In so many cases where people who call 911 to report a person missing or is dead, and they are the ones that caused the person's death or missing, they "fudge" that 911 call in order to cover there buns!

I am not saying this is what happened here, but it sure is strange to word the first 911 call the way Cindy did with the car sitting in her driveway!

i dont think casey is his daughter..if i remember correctly casey was 3 when george got together with cindy....lee is georges biological son. i do think if lee got arrested george would come out swinging..george is a slow burner, but when hes had enough he stands up.

Are you saying that Lee isn't Cindy's bio son? Because Lee is older than Casey.....

I completely agree, either you know what your doing, or appoint or hire someone that does, period.

i think its better to see real people in real situations.. here is where we get our clues. look at baez her lawyer, how careful he is ,so controlled and professional. i can never figure out what he is really thinking or feeling. but casey and all her antics is just way over the top and annoying...she too is very hard to read. cindy george and lee are at least normal people trying to adjust to an extrordinary crisis that has come upon them.

yes arrest lee then george would [support his son]step up to the plate and break this case wide open.. george always looks so guilty when he is answering questions.. he is a basic honest man. i think he is being loyal to cindy and the family and going along to get along. poor guy.

Wait. How can they arrest Lee if they have no evidence against him!? Unless I've missed something, which is quite possible...

You can't just go around arresting people for the sake of arresting them...

I thought I heard on NG, and I may be wrong, didn't someone say Casey tried numerous times on the day of the 16th I think it was, to reach her parents by phone and couldn't get reach them? They were on vacation, I believe. Just wondering what connection this may or may not have. Also, I heard on NG last night that Casey is turning away visitors because she is studying law books. Humm, could be studying up on what defenses could be used for certain crimes, maybe?

Yea but Scott killed his wife it wasnt a accident thats my point. Some people are saying it could of been a accident and Casey freeked. If that where true she would of came clean by now IMO. JMO

There were numerous calls on June 16th to Casey's parents. The parents were not on vacation at that time.

NG reported that the family friend said Casey is study law books. Now I don't know where this came from because no one has talked to Casey since August 2nd. Just another "pulling the comment out of the sky" !

at the bond hearing, Cindy is asked "George is the father of both of your children?"

"Yes, Ma'am" is the answer given by Cindy.
