She could have been waving. Her arm could have been outstretched, just touching the glass.
There are so many things wrong with the look of the left arm, and I think only the part of the arm roughly elbow to hand was altered:
1. The arm is curving unnaturally. Go open a sliding door, both with palm facing you and facing the door. When the palm faces you, your elbow goes out. When the palm faces the door, which is a very unnatural way to open the door, the upper arm stays straight (since your arm bones don't bend all that much.) Her arm is curving in a more circular fashion.
2. Her left arm looks longer than her right.
3. Her left arm looks much skinnier than her right.
4. The skin tones between the two parts of her arm look different.
5. The lighting looks odd on the part of the arm reaching up.
Very late to this conversation, but this pic is obviously altered. The halo around the altered arm, and all pointed out above shows me this. I also ran the pic through software "JPEG snoop" and though I am not sure how many have handled this copy, or where it came from, I got this result:
Based on the analysis of compression characteristics and EXIF metadata:
ASSESSMENT: Class 1 - Image is processed/edited
Of course, this is not solid, as we don't have the exact copy DT used, but IMO just looking at the pic close up, it is altered. It looked altered in the big blow up that JB used in the trial, too. http://www.orlandosentinel.com/news...caseyanthony08220110703150925,0,4565549.photo
I don't think the DT should be able to get away with falsifying evidence like this. Especially since it seems the jurors believed in the defense OS and took the pictures of Caylee opening the door, and climbing the ladder as evidence of her drowning. (with seemingly know thought to why 911 would not be called, or why someone would make an accident look like murder.)
I don't for a minute doubt that this would be "above" the DT strategy, as I remember that "Imaginary Friends" poster the DT made with a 15 year old ICA..
