Seems to me Josh was just being playful BS Josh again, imo. In one breath he says his father is not posting bail and will not be coming home, then he states if his father posts bail, he will move. Sure the judge caught this. lol

I wonder if he said his Dad would not be coming home... and then the judge said "but what if he DID, what would you do THEN?"

I hope those boys stay where they are for the night... then the decision is made tomorrow and they are moved then.
The Cox's will have to appear in court tomorrow. I don't want the boys moved, only to have to be left with someone while the Cox's go to court.
Or, to spend a night with the Cox's and then... God Forbid this judge not give them to the Cox's... have to be taken away again.

"I have looked for her in my own private way" ... Doesn't FCA have copyrights on that line?

I still hold out hope, reasoning, that Susan may and could very well be alive, and secreted away until she "complies" with SP's fantasy harem lifestyle. When I said previously I buy into the poisoning theory, I mean I think JP was told by the czar to put her out and leave. The reason I feel the floor was wet and fans running over the spot, is she puked up whatever date rape drug or whatever was given her when she awoke. Lab tests by LE would be able to identify the drug used from the stain, so a clean up was in order. This clean up caused a delay in getting Susan out of the home and into her new barracks.
JP probably couldn't safely stay away with the boys much longer due to the weather and cold, and had to come back. Buying gas, renting a room, or any such thing would have left witnesses to his real whereabouts. Just my view from my one active brain cell.

The state gives temporary custody of Susan Powell's children to her parents, Judy/Chuck Cox. A judge is listening to arguments on the issue.

I was working and not on the threads. The first chance I had I came on and saw this. I teared up with relief until I realized the kids are not with the Coxes and that a judge is still deciding!

Think of this from a sociopath's point of view:

Josh wants those boys back FAST so he can find out if they've been questioned and what did they say? The longer they are away from him, the more out of control they become. What if they forget Dad telling them never to tell anyone what happened or else? What if they implicate him or his dad in some crime?

That's what's making him sweat bullets. He could care less about those kids. It's all about control.

I agree, 100%. He is a psychopathic killer. The boys are property to him. He killed Susan, IMO, so he wouldn't have to share them in the event of a divorce, with someone as unworthy as Susan.

It would be hard to be the judge in this case. Someone posted upthread that this cannot be an easy decision for the judge, that it's a high profile case and there is a lot of law to wade through. That's true.

But I have hope because no one wants to be the judge who sends the kids home to a murder suspect only to find they are later killed by their father. Can you imagine? And that is a real risk, IMO.

Oh boo hoo! It's tough when you murder your wife and move your kids to a child pornographer's house, isn't it?

Took the words right out of my mouth, gitana.

Maybe Baez can cut his trip to Aruba short so he can head on up to Washington to handle his defense?

He sure looks like he's feeling sorry for himself. I'm sure he feels everyone is ganging up on him and I'm 100% sure he feels he did nothing to deserve this, either.

I don't remember that look when "he discovered his wife had gone missing" hmmmm

That look is the, "Oh carp, I know they're after me. I'm next" look.

I am not so sure I like that... only if they keep them there tomorrow... if they let them spend one night there and then take them away.... omg.

I hope they have already been thoroughly questioned.... :(

Just looking at that guy gives me the heebie-jeebies. What a creep.

Plus, he doesn't even have enough sense to wear a proper jacket to court. Maybe he's thinking, why waste the money, you can't wear a nice jacket in prison anyway. Hm. Maybe he's not so dumb after all.

Still a freakin' creep, tho.
