One thing that is obvious and still in place with interviews the Anthony's do: yet again, they claim leads are coming in and Casey is alive, but yet they make no plea to the public to look for her. No description, no trying to talk to Caylee through the tv... nothing. Just the same old denial, denial, denial, LE is against us, denial routine.

Ya know, I blame LE for CA denial... They need to sit her down and say we are 100% certain Caylee is dead... They are giving her the false hope. We even heard that in the interview when CA asked point blank, are you looking for a live caylee or a dead caylee.
There isnt a parent or grandparent out there who wouldnt take a 1% chance and run with it.

I don't think they can tell her "100%" without a body, but LE is not giving her or anyone false hope. Quite the contrary- there is nothing hopeful about what they've been saying.

Cindy may never believe it, even when Caylee's body is found. As far as I know Caylee has no dental records, so ID would likely be based on DNA- and Cindy has already referred to that as "hocus pocus."

This is the first time I've seen GA and CA on live TV. It's infuriating to see two adults in such denial about their daughter and granddaughter. CA looks like she's two minutes away from a nervous breakdown. I wouldn't be able to live with myself if any of my children grew up to be like the complete mess that is Casey Anthony. How anyone can treat their own child as though they are a disposable object is beyond all reason.

Honestly, I took her Tim comment to be underhandedly snarky. Almost like she was telling the protesters to go, "waste their time" with Tim.

Media blitz is what I'm thinking. I can't see them traveling to NY for a five minute interview on the Today Show.

I won't be watching another interview with C & GA.

I am so used to taking people at face value and with these people there are so many hidden layers to try and wade through.

I wish the Today Show would stop having Cindy and George on. Thus said, why don't they use The Today Show to plead with "the kidnapper" of their granddaughter to return her? I don't see any tears or anguish from these people. Cindy and George are as cold and unemotional as their daughter Casey. No wonder people think they are a psycopathic family.

Reminds me of Scott Peterson's mother. After Lacy and Conner's bodies washed up, she told the LE they should be out looking for Lacy.

And they never leave Orlando.
They have all these "leads" and don't go and check them out. Bizzare

Also, not only were they sitting miles apart on that couch but Cindy even had her knees together facing away from George.
There is no closeness between those 2.

In a family crisis, you either pull closer together or you fall completely apart.
I've witnessed both personally.
The one is a beautiful thing and the other is NOT a pretty sight!

Its funny how they can travel to do these public interviews but they cant travel to the other states that caylee has supposively been sighted....unbelievalbe

I had no idea they would be on "The Today Show" this morning and when I heard it said "upcoming interview with GA & CA", I swear, if George hadn't also been on I'd have turned the channel because I cannot bear to watch CA anymore. Our government should seriously look into using her as a technique for torture. Thats what it is like for me to listen to her.
First thing I noticed was how much room was in between GA and CA, wow, very telling. GA being there did seem to keep CA from going off on one of her 5 minute recitations to a simple yes or no question. I still wish stations would just stop putting them on, they are saying the same thing over and over and no one is buying it.

Honestly, I dont like CA either. But Im honestly getting sick and tired of people condeming these people for holding hope, as slight as it might be..

None of us have seen the evidence proving Caylee is 100% dead. Yes, LE has said this and that and I have no doubt that there is evidence. What if it was your child or grandchild and there was mountains of evidence proving the child was dead, but....

There could be a 1% or 2% chance the child is alive?? Would you not hold hope and search, would you not want the exposure these people have to find their gd.
There is no doubt they Love this child as much as any of us love the children in our families. Would you give up on your child with any tiny bit of hope?

Now with the tiny bit of chance the child is alive, (as hopeless as it seems) would you just throw your hands up and accept your child murdered someone?

I have no doubt that Caylee is playing with the Angels, I have no doubt that KC did it. But for one moment put yourself in the A's shoes. We dont have to like them or how they acted, it's bad... but Im really tired of people condeming them for holding hope when any of us would do the same thing.

What was the point of their interview? I don't mean this sarcastically - I cannot view it. Did they make a plea for Caylee's safe return? Did they provide any indications of what to look for? When? Any of the tips they have that people could be sensitized to???

I thought I heard GA say he had been to 6 of the 9 places where Caylee was supposed to have been sighted. Not sure of the numbers.

I agree. Just my opinion but I think it's a bit callous to judge these people simply on what they project in public. They're going through the worst thing that could happen to a person (loss of a child). Unless someone has gone through a personal tragedy like that, it's really not fair to judge.

I hear what you're saying.... I think we all had hope at one point but as the evidence mounted the reality was quickly becoming clear even to the blind.
There is a huge difference between hope and denial of the truth.

I wouldnt wish this horrific circumstance on anyone and my heart goes out to this tiny child.
But shows like the Today show who soft step around the bigger picture and allow this kind of falsehood to be perpetuated is not healthy for anyone, especially the Grandparents.

The line between helping and hurting in this case is very clear.

I cannot, CAN. NOT. believe they said the photos were taken BEFORE Caylee went missing.

And talk about JURY TAINTING. I believe they are trying to spread "reasonable doubt" all throught the land! Wont work however. The evidence is going to speak for itself.

I think GA is going to feel so humiliated by these interviews a bit further down the track. CA, not so much maybe. She will be in denial til her dying day IMHO.
