I don't think she regrets the brutality of it whatsoever.
I think she loved every pain she knew she inflicted upon Travis.
IMO
I totally agree.

What was said about JA screaming like a cat? I was at work and missed that.
Jodi testified that before the murder she and Travis were in his office when she grabbed a bunch of CDs of pictures of Jodi and Travis on vacation. She said Travis had been bugging her to see them. When she tried to play them, she found that they were damaged, blah, blah, blah. Today Juan brought up a great point: If Jodi didn't plan to go to Arizona, why bring the CDs? Touche, Juan!
Not according to Beth Karas and HLN, it will be Nurmi. Nurmi objecting today during JMs closing supports that.
I loved JM's closing. The best I've ever seen. That being said, why didn't he talk about how painful the stabbing must have been and how heinous a crime it is? That very few murderers even would have the *whatever it is* to slit someone's throat from ear to ear?
What does the "mitigation specialist" do?
Great point! It will be torture and will raise my blood pressure, but I've watched from the beginning and I will be there until the end...for Travis and his family.

My prayers are with Travis's family and friends tonight for comfort and peace and then with the jurors to grant them the wisdom to render the proper verdict of guilty of first degree murder.
My emotions are overwhelmed tonight after listening to closing arguments today. I cannot fathom what it must be like for Travis's family. Juan spoke for Travis and all victims today. He was masterful in weaving together an incredible tapestry. I cried a number of times while he spoke of Travis and then of his slaughter.
May God wrap his love tenderly around Travis's family and bring them justice.
Oh, you know Nurmi won't disappoint, much to my dismay and disgust! :banghead:
I have no doubt Nurmi will use every single sexual word, phrase and sentence over and over and over again - it will give him great pleasure to try to make out poor little Jodi as an innocent and abused victim - it will make me ill once again, but I will try to get through it.
I will be waiting for his closing argument to be over and for Juan to come back and lower the boom and remind us what this case is all about - the heinous, vicious, premeditated murder of dear Travis by a cold, calculating, lying witch (sorry, no offense intended to good witches out there).
As I sit and watch my son's hair start to fall out (from chemo) I know without doubt I would trade places with him
He is my son.
Travis was a son, grandson, brother, and friend. How dare this B*^ch take that away.
Nothing but the DP is going to satisfy me. Nothing.
What does she do everyday besides pat and rub Jodi on the back ?In the event that the jury finds 1st degree murder vs. JA, there is the possibility for life imprisonment or the death penalty. Once the jury renders a verdict, the mitigation specialist, will then try to help the defense team coordinate as many family/friends etc... To put in front of the jury to save Jodi from the maximum penalty...or to try and get a less stiff year-wise sentence.
"Nuh uh" ( I love when he says that)
