A court order prevents law enforcement from providing details in the case; however, the arrest warrants are not sealed in this investigation, and must be obtained through the court (12th Judicial District).

Another missing person that comes up as a possible victim is Zeven Garcia of Crestone, who left his home on October 16, 2020 to travel to Alamosa and has not been seen since. IMO

Also from AB's AWA, two more names of interest (to me) in this case:

1) Yolanda Estrada: she sent a text to Detective Russell on 9/3 asking him to call her. After he phoned YE, she forwarded him a text she received alleging AB as the killer of SE.

2) Xavier Zeven Garcia ("Zeven"): the hole where SE's body was allegedly burned and buried was covered up with the use of a tractor allegedly stolen by Zeven.

I think you guys and/or gals have posted about this, but a friend finally sent me this tonight. I knew it about Zeven. The rumors from Crestone never made sense (as usual) that he had OD'd and the family was keeping it quiet.

I am having some blurry vision left over from a migraine today, but this aricle doesn't say they've found the exact remains of Zeven does it? But someone confessed to it maybe? Or turned on someone over it?

How could this guy drive around with human remains in his car for days? Was he just out in the valley and never going to town where someone might smell an odor coming from the car? I don't know why that part intrigues me, but it does.

Could some remains be at the Walsh Burger building?

The second affidavit linked by Fox News does not have the birth dates redacted, but interestingly, it omits FR’s birthdate, “Ponch” who brought the plastic bins.

Francisco Ramirez (FR) had not been charged by the State at the time of the AWA linked by Fox news.

From the Federal Complaint dated 12/16/20, the ATF identified FR's dob as 5/20/1982.

Confirming that A Baroz has been charged with the murder of Zeven but no remains identified as belonging to Zeven have been reported as recovered.

I believe that information obtained from F Ramirez was responsible for murder charges filed against A Baroz for the murder of Zeven.

Reportedly, blood DNA matching M Martinez was previously found inside A Baroz apartment/hotel room.

I think it's possible that some mutilated body parts were destroyed in the Walsh Hotel fire on Nov 26, 2020. An investigation determined the cause of the fire was arson. Otherwise, I think most of the bodies were burned and buried on property belonging to FR.

If the Walsh Burger Bldg is the same as the Walsh Hotel, then it's gone.

Thank you! Doing better and can see straight to read well enough and think straight again . I am sure they had to burn the place down because they couldn't get rid of all evidence. So ghoulish. "Psycho" definitely seems like a real psychopath by now.
