While Francisco Ramirez has only been charged in federal court thus far, the arrest affidavit and CI information revealed much about the entire murder investigation-- including the other victims and defendants. I think Ramirez has not been charged in district court for a reason.

IMO, this guy is definitely a wait-and-see defendant.

Okay - I shall keep him in my notes than! Thanks for the response.

Thanks for ALL that info @Seattle1 !!

IMO, there's little doubt that Francisco Ramirez is pushing for his right to a speedy trial. Since his initial federal complaint filed last December, there's also been a sealed superseding indictment. I think that FR is in preparation to serve as a protected witness for the State, against several named/unnamed individuals including Adre Baroz.

Don't know if anyone wants me to keep track of this case - let me know please!

Monday, February 22nd:
*Status Conference Hearing (@ 10am MT) - CO - *Francisco “Ponch” Ramirez (38) arrested & charged (12/16/20) with possession of a firearm in furtherance of a drug trafficking crime (Federal charge). That is what I was thinking reading all of that as well definitely going to be a few more bodies that come up as well

i have a feeling this will be pretty far reaching. I used to be super strung out and knew one of the victims through drugs. I hear things through the grapevine about it. It’s hard to say what’s fact or fiction considering the sources.

Thanks @Jd719 for posting new link. It looks like we've come full circle with the arrest and state charges against Francisco Ramirez -- first arrested by the Feds last December for unrelated charges.

Francisco's arrest confirms that authorities believe Zeven Garcia is deceased. (We learned in FR's federal complaint that Zeven allegedly stole a tractor used to move/bury the murdered victims). I've said before that if you know too much -- AB's solution is to disappear you. MOO

Another arrest made in human remains case

March 10, 2021

ALAMOSA– An Alamosa man has been arrested in connection with the investigation involving human remains located in the San Luis Valley and missing persons cases in late 2020, while Adre Baroz faces additional charges.

On March 8, 2021, an arrest warrant was issued for Francisco Ramirez, 38, for three counts of Tampering with Deceased Human Remains and Accessory After The Fact, and one count of Tampering with Physical Evidence in connection with the homicides of Myron Robert Martinez, 38, of Del Norte, Selena Esquibel, 20, of Alamosa, and Xavier Zeven Garcia, 24, of Saguache.

Ramirez reportedly is known by the nickname “Ponch” and is suspected of renting the property near Los Sauces where remains were found. He was taken into custody earlier in Pueblo on unrelated drug charges.

Another arrest made in human remains case

March 10, 2021

The 12th Judicial District Attorney’s Office announced that Adre Baroz,26, Sanford, faces additional charges of Murder in the First Degree and Tampering with Deceased Human Remains related to the murder of [Zeven] Garcia.

Baroz has already been charged in the murders of Myron Martinez and Shayla Hammel and Selena Esquibel. Baroz continues to be held at the Alamosa County Detention Center without bond.

The only official identifications made in the San Luis Valley human remains investigation include Martinez and Hammel.

A court order prevents law enforcement from providing details in the case; however, the arrest warrants are not sealed in this investigation, and must be obtained through the court (12th Judicial District).

@Niner

IMO, FR provided sufficient, credible evidence to the State that led to murder charges against AB for Zeven Garcia.

(AB previously charged with the murder of MM, SH, and SE).

To my knowledge, I don't believe that Zeven's remains have been recovered yet.

While Selena Esquibel's remains were believed recovered in the burn pit, she's still not been positively identified.

I keep looking for them to identify the third body, with an eyewitness account of her murder I would think she would have been the easiest to identify, surely they must have her mother’s DNA for that purpose.
It makes me wonder if they poured in lime or something to destroy evidence.

The second affidavit about MM’s murder at the Walsh hotel makes me think this “SOI” is a woman.
Could Psycho’s wife be talking?

**Warning: graphic violence
(Lots of typos in the report which I corrected to make it more legible)
“When Myron arrived at the apartment the SOI was shaking out of fear as the SOI felt the tension between Psycho and Myron, so the SOI went to the kitchen. When this happened Pscyho went to the kitchen and asked the SOI for the knife. The SOI attempted to talk Psycho out of taking the knife and Psycho told the SOI not to question him”
“The SOI described screaming at Psycho for him to stop and then tried to help Myron. Gato pushed the SOI and the SOI was not able to help Myron.”
“The SOI described Gato as he helped Pyscho as Psycho was still trying to slice Myron's throat. Gato applied his weight to Myron and the SOI said Myron's throat was sliced. The SOI described Psycho punched Myron in the back of the head and Myron got up and ran towards the SOI which the SOI believed was Myron's attempt to hide behind the SOl.”
“SOI described throwing up, Psycho having his gun out, and the SOI not knowing if Psycho was going to shoot the SOI and Myron as Myron hid behind the SOI. The SOI attempted to run to the door and was caught by Gato. Then Psycho shot Myron.
Psycho then made the SOI clean up the blood.”
“The SOI said Psycho, Gato, Myron and the SOI were the only ones in the room when Myron was shot”

Also, “SOI” was giving info to a federal agent, ATF, not a local cop. The ATF agent passed this info to the local LE on 12/31/20

The second affidavit linked by Fox News does not have the birth dates redacted, but interestingly, it omits FR’s birthdate, “Ponch” who brought the plastic bins.

AB “Psycho” 10/28/84
JB “Gato” 3/7/90
DD “Menace” 1/31/96
