This Harold Henthorn was a peach of a guy....the narcissism displayed for his entire life just never stops. Let's see if he's out of money yet...
Harold Henthorn attempted another appeal in 2023 claiming ineffective counsel. It was rejected 3-0 by the 10th Circuit Court of Appeals. Looks like Henthorn is out of money, as he represented himself before being appointed an attorney during the proceedings.
