I hope I'm allowed to say this, He had the appearance of being under the influence. The Red eyes, and the difficulty speaking without stuttering, Plus the eerie way he looked at Elaine like he was in love at times, and other times he acted so emotionless.

I made the above post last night after observing MR on the Dr Phil show.

Now MR has admitted to Drinking Half a bottle of Jim Bean whiskey the night prior to the Scheduled Polygraph Test.

I am angry as hell! but IMO he made himself look guilty. He wonders why everyone accuses him and blames him, WELL now I understand why!

That he does! I wish it was clearer exactly what he's responding to. I watched that part again and I still don't see it. I think it must've been something that was said but not shown, but they did show the part where he called her on it. Unless I missed it... I'll look again.

ETA: ah ha, I found it. Not sure why I missed it before (twice!). The ex-gf says "How dare you point the fingers at somebody when you have no proof?"

I believe it was what she said on the preview!

This must be so frustrating for LE too. They must know...they have to know...but without proof they can't arrest him. I just want to cry. If this man walks and Dylan isn't found I will be so sick.

IMO only an alcoholic would be able to drink 1/2 bottle of alcohol, sleep for less than 3 hours and then HAVE to tell that to the people they are talking to. In otherwords, to appear to be sober when the BAC is most likely up there.

The BBM are excuses to drink. It's one thing to drink when under stress, it's another to drink when under the stress you caused yourself. (you is general)

Not at all And yes, I completely agree; those are definitely excuses to drink. This is all just so frustrating, I can't even begin to imagine how frustrating it is for you and Dylan's family. (((hugs)))

Interesting comment about Mark wanting to be on the road so where the big trips about Mark and not Dylan ?

I am sure Dylan had loads of fun but then he would of also of had fun with his friends at home I am sure . So maybe the trips where not as selfless as Mark made out :cow:


ETA- maybe it was a way for Mark to have Dylan to himself for these trips . Just him and Dylan on the road and no outside friends interfering in his plans IMO

Could be. It also occurred to me that maybe by "on the road" Cory meant working on the road, as opposed to being there spending time with Dylan like Dylan wanted? Hard to say.

I wonder what the next move will be for the family as I can't see what else they can do "if" Mark is guilty .

I don't think putting up more billboards or going on tv is now going to change the outcome here .
