Crime Online Part 3 link
My second husband was abusive to my son, his stepfather. I traveled a lot for my job and had no idea until my son began showing some behavioral issues unlike him. Took him to therapy and it all came out. He did not tell me because his stepfather threatened to be harder on him if he did. Once I found out, I filed for divorce. And had him served to leave the house. And my "REALLY??" still stands. Can we not question the parents of a murdered child????
Not a popular point to make given today's news, however, there would have been signs. Coming from raising kids with stepparents, and having stepparents myself- they (GS parents and sisters) would likely have insights as to how TS acted around GS when left alone. Kids tell people they trust what happens to them. That being said, it is quite a leap from someone not treating a child fairly, having preferences, yelling etc. and being capable of killing a child. Not sure AS or LH would have had anything like that on the radar. Feel awful for family all the way around.
Kindness and Peace to all. Going back to reading now.
Gannon Stauch: Stepmom says bloody board was not her fault. She’s now facing child abuse, murder charges [EXCLUSIVE PART 3]Could I bother you to link or pm me what "part 3" is please?
Me too. But at the presser they stayed that all affidavits are sealed and will remain so.... Not sure how long that means.I don't believe it's official
OMG, I stand Corrected. I want to see search warrant and arrest warrants
TS arrested on suspicion of 1st degree murder, child abuse resulting in death, tampering with body etc. But no body located. Apparently she was in SC and being extradited (not sure if that's the right word) back to CO. According to "crime online" TS has said that AS told her a bloody 2x4 and a bloody sock were found in the woods. No idea when she said this or what prompted her to say it.Can someone update me?
But wood IS so light. Basically like a piece of tissue paper.Yeah. I’m sure lots of people have things just blow out the back of their pickup trucks all the time. Especially blood covered boards.
It’s not like there’s a tailgate or anything, or a way to secure things.
Totally innocent explanation for a bloody piece of wood, and the sock of a missing child.
Just like there’s an innocent explanation for blood found all over the house, and a “saucer sized puddle” in his room.
She’s the unluckiest person in the world.
Or something.
Hence the murder charge.I don't even want to type this but, they have to have a belief that he is no longer alive. Just like in the KB case.
At least she's behind bars, so that wait is over. We'll find out a lot before the trial. At some point, all those search warrants have to come back to court with a list of what they took from various places. That'll be a treasure trove. Also, places like CrimeOnline are already posting more about the case than we knew already. There's nothing to prevent TS from talking to reporters inside jail either (I'll bet a box of donuts that she does).
I don't when neighbors will begin speaking up more, but that's a possibility too.
I'm very optimistic that we'll learn a lot - and then, even more at trial. I'm sure we'll have locals who take turns attending.
Who here is not filled with compassion?
My man friend (Im too old to call him my boyfriend lol) is a cop in my city and says yes this is 100% accurate
Paper is made out of wood, and paper is light. Therefore, all wood is light. But wood IS so light. Basically like a piece of tissue paper.
I always see wooden boards being carried by the wind as I drive.
