It's "potentially scheduled" for 1:30 MST today, which is in 2.5 hours...

Further, recording will be solely of the advisement in this case and will take place from the lobby of the El Paso County Criminal Justice Center.

I'm a bit confused by this part though, does it mean the advisement itself won't be livestreamed, and KOAA-TV can only do a general report from outside the courtroom?

I would think it was, since she said he cut his foot in the garage.
All we have is the wording she used, given the way she lies all the time she could have meant to say the sock had blood on it too, but she wasn't quoted that way in the article, that's all I was was reminding people. Why was she throwing the sock away? If the accident in the garage happened on Saturday, why would he be wearing the same socks on Monday? If the accident happened on Saturday, and she wanted to get rid of the socks he was wearing then, she had all day Sunday to dump bloody socks in some garbage bin where they probably would not be noticed. But if there was an accident that she admitted to, ie his cutting his foot on some tool, so what if there was blood on the sock. The mystery to me is how the sock and the bloodied 2X4 were found together so far from home. And I wonder if it was blood drops, and for sure it was his blood.

I went to bed last night and am terribly behind. May I ask what document to which you are referring? TIA
Well, I referred to it as a document because I don't know exactly what it's called. Sorry!

I'm behind also, but last night there was a discussion about a request by TS and her attorney for limited media coverage and the 'document' was posted and I read it. Maybe it was removed because there was not an appropriate link to it? I don't know because I fell asleep soon after that myself!

I'm not sure but I'm about to get caught up now.

Oh I think the hike is just for her "hot body" image and instagram of her taking the kids somewhere for praise. Her mom said something like she doesnt eat burger king just beets and vegetables. Then she lied about "working out" in the basement when she could have said she was doing a million other things like she was in the shower and thats how she missed him leaving. She was on the phone with a friend in her bedroom so he just left. She was____

The sock I think just fell off while he was being moved. I think he's probably in that same area, just hasn't been found yet. In my guess he didnt leave alive and just wearing socks at home at night would make sense. Where is the shoe if he lost the sock?

the fact that there is no sneaker is what makes me worry that the sock was never on his foot, but was used in the actual murder :(

I'm still confused. In what way were you wrong? Was the sock bloody or not? I thought it was bloody but now it seems like it wasn't.
I still think it was bloody. They found a sock and a bloody board. If they would have said they found a bloody sock and board, I would have thought they meant both. The fact that TS said he cut his foot in the garage tells me she was covering for both of these items being bloody. jmo

Found the link TIMELINE: From Gannon's disappearance to an arrest

Relevant portion

January 29: News 5 Investigates receives a credible tip from law enforcement sources, alerting us that Gannon was not a runaway child and foul play is suspected. Our sources disclosed that Gannon's stepmom was considered a prime suspect. As part of our fact-checking process, Chief Investigative Reporter Eric Ross reached out to Jacqueline Kirby, the media relations manager for the El Paso County Sheriff's Office along with Sergeant Deborah Mynatt, a spokesperson for the office.

"We will not be confirming any information that you have in your email," Kirby said. "This is an active ongoing investigation in the search for an 11-year-old boy. Any information prematurely released that has not been confirmed by the El Paso County Sheriff's Office would greatly hinder this investigation and would be very irresponsible journalism."
That article is in reference to a tip the news outlet received.

This article is a statement LE gave of the timeline of what happened in the first week.

Gannon Stauch Missing: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know | Heavy.com

“Lieutenant Mihalko said the sheriff’s office received a call about 6:55 p.m. Monday for a runaway child in the 6600 block of Mandan Drive. Police entered Gannon into missing persons databases about an hour later as an active runaway. Mihalko said deputies conducted an initial investigation that included interviews with the reporting person, identified as Gannon’s stepmom, and she told them he was last seen between 3 or 4 p.m. that day. The deputies also searched the area but did not find Gannon.

On Tuesday, Mihalko said the investigations division took over the case and began collecting information, including video surveillance, neighborhood canvass information and conducted interviews. They also followed up on additional leads and used various techniques and technology. He said the investigation continued through Wednesday and into Thursday, when it was upgraded from a runaway to an endangered missing child based upon the information that was gleaned from the investigation so far.”

Judge GRANTS the Motion for Expanded Media Coverage.

I was so excited! But then, the last paragraph shows it’s just for her first appearance, and only for one entity.

This Order applies only to the Request for Expanded Media Coverage filed KOAA-TV for the advisement potentially scheduled for March 5 or March 6, 2020 and does not authorize any other entity to engage in Expanded Media Coverage. This Order does not authorize any entity to engage in Expanded Media Coverage for any proceeding other than the date of the proceeding specified herein. Any entity desiring Expanded Media Coverage of any proceeding other than that referenced herein must submit a separate request for that specific proceeding.

I think it’s a good sign that they are allowing expanded media. CO is notorious for wanting closed court. This decision is possibly setting a precedent for the future hearings and possible eventual trial in this case.

I will forwarn everyone however, (and I know many are already aware, but for some newcomers) the prosecution will be revealing their case. They will be talking about evidence found, possible details of past abuse and a detailed theory of what they think happened. This won’t be for the faint of heart to listen to.

I recently watched Thomas valva hearing of advisement.....it was traumatizing to listen to. It’s one thing to hear these in adult cases, but in children cases, it’s so hard. I will never be able to unhear what was heard and hearing thomas’ mother sobbing in the background with each thing the prosecution said. I was thinking “and this is just the advisement hearing.....I can’t imagine when it goes to trial”.

MOO

I cannot imagine the anguish it will cause Gannon’s parents to hear everything spelled out. :(

I still think it was bloody. They found a sock and a bloody board. If they would have said they found a bloody sock and board, I would have thought they meant both. The fact that TS said he cut his foot in the garage tells me she was covering for both of these items being bloody. jmo

That's how I take it too. They didn't say it wasn't bloody and why would she mention the cutting of the foot. I mean I guess it doesn't matter. Just changes my scenario a bit. IMO the 2x4 was the murder weapon and that's why she disposed of it. She just didn't expect them to find it so fast. And I bet his body is nowhere near where the bloody board was found. She's pissed off because her plan was for them to find the body, assume he'd fallen and died and call off the rest of the search.

Disposing of the board was stupid. But IMO she thought she had to get rid of it.

I agree, I just don't see her personality type to just all of a sudden shut down, she will want to think she is smarter and can still beat this if she just tells a good enough lie, I believe she will talk and talk a lot!!
Her first quest will be finding out her chances of getting off. This is where her PD's response can make a difference. I am unfamiliar with the methods of PDs. Is their only goal to get their client off? Is there a chance the PD will want to convince her to reveal Gannon's location?
