Not until after the Judge reviews the motion, the objection, and holds a hearing if needed before he can make a ruling. The prosecution doesn't object to it being released but the defense does not want it released.

She's trying to stay behind her attorney and avoid the camera, imo

She sure is trying to hide. Everytime the attorney moves she leans further. lol You can't hide Tecia.

She was trying SO HARD to hide from the camera. No matter what angel the camera attempted to move, there she was cowering behind her lawyer. Even the lawyer was moving around to keep her hidden.

I would say it's embarrassment and remorse, but I think we all know better and it's nothing but an act.

Im glad she was so uncomfortable in front of the camera. Constantly bobbing behind her lawyer and when she knew she was being watched she’d swallow hard and clench her jaw. All she can think about is how pissed she is at the way she’s coming off. Ugh

The defense attorneys haven't seen the affidavit yet but the prosecutor will be emailing it to them.

As far as the media's motion to release the affidavit, Judge Werner says he will rule on it after considering the defense's response to that motion, which the attorney just filed this afternoon.

If I was the person being charged, and I heard that there were 107 search warrants so far, I'd be more than a little bit uncomfortable. These guys ain't messin' around.
