I need to ask a question about something that I don’t remember ever seeing addressed before. So Gannon disappeared (was killed) on Monday. On Tuesday LS goes to the airport, leaves her vehicle, gets a rental and picks up AS.

When they arrived home why did she immediately leave? It seems to me that AS would have wanted her there all night going over and over her story and the timeline. It also seems that she would be there trying to be supportive for AS and telling her story repeatedly to make herself believable. Now I realize that anything and everything she would have said would have been a lie. But I thought at that time that AS and LH trusted her. So they would automatically be begging her to help them find their boy.

To me there is some kind of disconnect in the story or timeline. All I can come up with is on the way home from the airport, LS and AS got into a huge fight about LH staying at their home and LS tells him she is not staying there too. If so, that would be a huge red flag to me that she doesn’t care about my son because she is putting her feelings first.

Or maybe they had already decided before he left town that they were getting a divorce. Maybe that was part of her reason to kill Gannon because she blamed the kids.

I would love to read thoughts of everyone.

It was during that time that she was approached by RD concerning the video, which she refused to view; dismissing it as not important. (per interviews with RD and wife.) Per the affidavit: LE asked for Gannon's toothbrush between 2:04pm and 2:17pm. T texts AS about this at 2:31 to 2:33pm: Letecia- “Something isn't right I think they are hiding something.”
Al Stauch- “Who”,”the police?”
Letecia- “Yes” , “They asked for tooth brushes.”
Al Stauch- “hmm”, “what do u think they're hiding?”

At some point after that text at 2:33pm, T does leave and arrives at the airport to get the Tiguan by 7:00pm. I suspect it is during this time frame that RD approaches AS without T around and shows him the video. This is the point where AS breaks down, and LE is notified about it. LE wastes no time. This has them fully alerted now. And AS now knows she is suspect in his son's disappearance. This is the place where she lost control of the narrative.

By the time T makes it to Comfort and Powers, and HH picks her up, she is no longer allowed back to the house. Hence the text T sent to LE at 10:45pm that night.
This is all my theory based on the affidavit timelines and the ms interviews with RD, and is only my opinion.

With the amount of blood found soaked in the mattress, I think she would have had to slam him a few times against the wall. But I can imagine her doing just that. Even hitting him with her fists.

According the AA, several of the blood samples contained more than one dna, with Gannon as main contributor. We also saw a bandaid on her hand in the cousin It interview. I think at least in some of the attacks, her bare hands were the weapon.

I’d hate to be AS on that ride back. What day did LH fly in and who picked her up from airport? Anyone know?

I often think of Gannon, just waiting for the Courts to bring TS to trial. I'd be lying if I said I could even to begin to guess what she was really up to in the time leading to/after Gannon's death.

I believe there will a lot of shocking and sad things learned; she didn't just start acting like a maniac that Sunday night. This is a seriously disturbed woman IMO. I'm just so very sorry she ever crossed Gannon's path.

To me, it all comes down to what the blood splatter expert has to say. It doesn’t look like it’s possible for an act of violence that produced that type of blood evidence (splatter, and quantity) would allow Gannon to be able to both walk to the truck, and also not leave blood inside.

They would have to say something very surprising for me to believe he didn’t make it home.

I firmly believe she didn’t plan on Gannon returning from that trip, but it appears she was forced to pivot.

I hate how the video doesn’t show him returning, but can’t get past the blood evidence at the same time.

I agree. I am really leaning toward him coming home that afternoon. I lightened the security vid quite a bit and I can see more that that could be his movement under the truck nearest the back tire since the security camera angle is high up and 2 houses away. The AA does say that LE has other neighbors security videos as well so I wondered that even though their video might be clearer than RD vid but still not 100% able to verify that was him so used RD vid as bait to get a response from TS. I know when my daugher and grandson come and go between cars on the driveway my security camera doesn't catch my grandson but he is younger than Gannon but also my car is not as tall as their Nissan truck. I believe her intent was to get rid of Gannon Monday but she wasn't confident enough in finding the right private spot so she changed her plans. I even wondered about her statement regarding County Line Rd and Quincy..did she try to hurt him at that time when she said he hurt his head? (IIRC) She probably took his game and cell phone away as punishment for whatever happened the evening before and berated him the entire time, getting herself worked up even more than she already was. When they got home she was a ticking time bomb full of hate and evil. Ps sorry for all the ramble, there's a lot of noise and goings on here with everyone home

That's a good question. The Patrick Frazee trial was highly publicized also and they didn't move for a change of venue IIRC, BUT they did provide PF with a special private tent for coming and going from the courthouse.

Did they ever bring cadaver dogs into house? And if so, when?

It was reported a neighbor saw dogs go in the Stauch’s home, but reporters couldn’t confirm as they didn’t see the dogs. I’m thinking dogs were in the home. Neighbors were watching that place very close.

“A neighbor told FOX21 News he’d seen investigators from the El Paso County Sheriff’s Office go into the Stauch family home with search dogs. Our crew did see investigators there, briefly, but did not catch sight of a dog.”

Does anyone find the pictures that TS took of Gannon in bed odd??? The positioning of them is strange to me. I've taken pictures of my kids (and grandkids) sleeping and I don't think I've taken pictures from the foot of the bed. The purpose of taking pictures to show how cute they look so I shoot the cam where you can see their faces or if they are holding a toy close. The photos in the AA are grainy but still I find them to be a little odd and creepy to be taken from the feet up. I wonder if there were other pictures and was she taking snapshots of his room so she could remember the set up in case things got out of hand that day?

Speaking of the way she sometimes puts pieces of truth in some of her lies, I've been wondering about one of them in particular.

In the AA #87 where she says Eguardo throws Gannon across the room, I am wondering if maybe she was the one who threw him across the room and into a wall. This could have been the thing that started it all after she got mad at him.

Maybe he got a nose bleed and internal injuries from being slammed into a wall.
The blood found in his bedroom may have been from an incident like this.

I guess we will never know for sure until details come out at trial.

I agree and also when she mentions he has nose bleeds and there was blood on his arm. She could of just said it bled, blood on the arm is added information, IMO.

I think she needed to prove that he came home after the hiking trip and that's why she took the photos. IMO she probably tried to kill him when they went hiking but couldn't go through with it without getting caught. I'm beginning to think she had been planning on getting rid of him for awhile.

I can't verify AS's location. I know that LH did fly in that day, and that there were searches going on also. I will see what I can find out.

hard to say for sure, but it could have been that she wanted to make absolutely certain she couldn't be called into work that day, and the days after (assuming she wasn't aware that she didn't have a job to go to anyway). Or perhaps it's just the insane way her mind works, which is potentially more distressing than finding even a shred of logic.

I think she had no idea they planned to terminate her. I also think that since she was still in "orientation" and most likely a probation period for her employment, she had to think of something HUGE to get her excused from work and hopefully not risk her employment. I really think she thought all of this was going to blow over and she would be able to continue life - whether with or without Al.

Okay, Gannon's great aunt VB confirmed in ms articles that LH flew in later in the evening on the 28th, and spoke with LE a large portion of the night. I still can't confirm AS location, but I recall he did go out with the community to search.

Amazing isn’t it? She isn’t good at it like Casey Anthony was. But she loves to spin a tale. Will be so happy to read all the search warrants, phone records and texts. Trial is going to be a real show, unless she pleads guilty.

CA doesn't deserve the credit IMO all she did was listen to her lawyer, who played the game perfectly.

TS can't afford a lawyer like CA's, and with all of the evidence, no lawyer will risk their reputation defending her for free publicity. She's too volatile and waaaaay too guilty.
