So we don't know if she has a lawyer and/or if the lawyer sent her for a polygraph?

It's not in MSM and LE hasn't said. We can't quote SM.

If it was LEO who asked her to leave, she wouldn't be able to fight it.

Sure she could. LE can't just drive up to your house, make you leave, and not let you back in. They would at the very minimum need to declare it a crime scene (which they have not), then conclude their search in a reasonable amount of time, file what they found with the Court that issued the search warrant, etc. That has not happened. For whatever reason, LE has not wanted to go the pathway of public warrants, and it would seem that they have been granted access to the house without a search warrant. That's what most distraught parents of missing kids do.

Further, LE can't just kick one party out of their home and let the other party stay in it. Colorado courts have a very strong view of tenant's rights.

What grounds would they have for asking her to leave her own residence? Even if there was a domestic dispute they might suggest someone leave for the night but they can't force someone out of their own home. Nor could her husband prevent her from coming back. Jmo

In my mind Tee wasn't able to give AS the answers to his questions. Tells her to leave and she obliges as she doesn't want to give him any detailed answers. IMO she could have asked for a police escort to get her belongings or at the very least her Daughter. I just don't think she wanted to face AS. She needed to see how this played out to launch her own Defense.

I respectfully disagree. In fact, the more I think about this, the more it bothers me. I am starting to think it really was LEO who "asked" her to leave. It makes a whole lot more sense, especially if the Marshall's trip is an extension of this.

A previous poster made a valid point. Legally this is HER house and HER belongings. Do we really think LS is the type of woman to just quietly leave?
Question for the legal and LE folks: is there a way a potential crime scene could be sealed off or otherwise made off-limits to one person but not everyone? Seems unlikely since nobody has been designated a POI but maybe?
Or maybe there is an order of protection in place that nobody's talking about? (I'm not even sure if that's the right term here, please share more info if you know).

I could see this going down in a combination of some of the theories we've been discussing:
1. LE and the bio parents (or just AS) make a decision that TS and her daughter cannot stay at the house, maybe for the protection of little sister and what information she has a witness.
2. Maybe TS had the option of making a trip to the house (maybe escorted by LE while the rest of the family was not present) to collect clothes, etc, but she threw a hissy and refused so she could play the martyr about the situation some more. Or maybe she was actively avoiding LE contact at that time. Or all her possessions are considered evidence (although if so it seems odd anyone would be allowed to stay at the house).

In the Cousin It interview when she was talking about this, she said "here" when talking about clothes and where her possessions were. Makes me wonder if that interview took place right by Lorson Ranch after she tried to access the house and was denied and that's why it was fresh in her mind enough for all the harping about it in the middle of all the more relevant information related to Gannon himself she could have addressed instead.

Didn't LS claim her license was not renewed because she moved out of state and did not renew it? Another bold faced lie.

Yep. Another lie. Although I'm not sure that claim was reported in MSM. She said so much in her various statements, I can't keep them straight. Her license was revoked after a legal process, pure and simple. IME, when a district goes to revoke a license, they choose the simplest path to their goal and avoid any statements in public documents that could get them sued. The drama behind this "workplace harassment" must have been something to behold.

Agree, and especially if you happened to be a young child living in the same household. :(

IMO and just based on assumption, if anyone told her to leave aside from AS it could of also been CPS, since GS little sister still resides in the home. They can threaten to remove her from the home is TS was still living there, since there was a missing child she was last seen with, she could be considered a danger.

I can’t imagine that she’d want to stay in a home where she was outnumbered and causing questions. I doubt that she was adult enough to tolerate the presence of the mom. And I doubt that once this blew up she would want to stay in the home where this happened or started, and face increasingly specific questions. Plus LE was there. They’re the last people she’d want to see.

Indeed she did. This is from thread #2

I transcribed that part of the interview so I wouldn't have to actually listen again:

At the 8:32 mark she states:

"Um, I think that a lot of people can see that I'm not missing, and see that I am being cooperative, and, but, to me it's okay that they think those things because my, the way someone thinks about me, I don't have a problem with that. My main thing is I would never want someone to think that I hurt Gannon or any of the children in our home cause that's just not the case. I've spent my whole entire life working so hard in education, um, there's even things online that was talking about my education license and I shouldn't even be a teacher, and they just didn't know that. Like, we moved on a military move, and I didn't finish out my contract so, I gave up my license in that state. Um, it had nothing to do with any criminal activity you know, or any of those things, and it just got blown out of proportion on my professional status you know and... I just updated the timeline
bbm- Gannon Stauch: Stepmother speaks out, says her rights were violated after little boy, 11, mysteriously disappears while in her care

in her Friday January 31 interview she says she had to leave when LH arrived and I believed she arrived on Tuesday?
snipped
"She explained that not only has she received death threats online, but she’s no longer staying in her home after Gannon’s biological mother arrived from South Carolina to help with the search."

“My husband’s ex-wife is living in our home,” the woman complained. “I took care of GS for the last two years in our home because his mother didn’t want to do it…OK, and I would never, ever hurt this child.”
This means to me that she might have chosen to leave the home because bio mom was there. Not that she was kicked out. JMO!!!!

That and she probably felt guilty. Also I don't think there was any way she was going to stay there with Gannon's mother. Neighbors reported there was a lot of conflict between them even before Ganon went missing. Imo
