Finally got it to load. Skystarr could be on to something with Monument exit to 105 over to 83 intersecting. This pic just shows directions from Mandan Dr. to the search location.

This is one possible route, especially if someone was already near I-25 (shopping on N Nevada for example).
There is another more direct, simple, off interstate route (but main well known roads) also that could be taken in about the same amount of time either direction also.

Well this sounds promising and sad all at the same time.

For the first time since Gannon went missing my stomach flipped and felt queasy.

A big part of me wants Gannon found and the other part hopes they don't find him. Without a body there's still a sliver of hope although I know that hope is most likely futile at this juncture.

Come on home little man. Momma's waiting for you.:(

I question how TS was treated growing up?? I question if this house that is being searched - might there be (not sure how to word it) remnants, hairs, so forth from the last residents that moved out?
Good thinking! Rented in the last couple years I believe and in an area more transit than most.
Complicated but I’m betting on Dan May and his team !

I’m so glad there’s a planned search for tomorrow, but can’t help but wonder why not today if they have the info? Doesn’t sound like they’re hoping to find him alive if they can wait a day. :(
I mean, if he’s out there, then he died weeks ago. They have no expectation of finding him alive out there, no matter what they say.

Wow... that seems generally near the other searches but a bit east?

Yes. CO 105 and CO 83 are two main Colorado country roads.

@Momof4RN There is very little there but a traffic signal. The roads have frequent traffic, and it is quite open, so I am guessing this intersection will be a staging area directing searchers to a nearby area. With major construction on the main north-south road of Interstate 25, CO 83 (a north-south road) is getting even more traffic these days than usual.

I think the search location for tomorrow is directly near a pond and it looks like there are side roads all around it to drive around or get very close with a vehicle.

I'm still a page or so behind so forgive me if this has been discussed. I don't know drive times in that area, so for those in the know: could you drive from the Stauch house, make a shopping stop, drive to this new search area, do something terrible to an innocent 11 yr old, dispose of a body, then drive to the other 2 sifting search areas, return briefly to the first shopping stop you made to say "hi" to the cashier (because she was so nice when you stopped in before), and make it back home in 4 hours?

Sorry for my crazy run-on sentence!

The 1-25 exit at Monument may be the common denominator here. It is a busy hill and well known for accidents and therefore may have traffic / webcams year - round. First searches north 0n 105 ( near Larkspur ) were west of this exit. Now they are heading east on 105 from same exit. Could a camera have caught a certain vehicle exiting on a certain day ? And then after exit - depending on capability of camera ( s) - could there have been uncertainty of direction of travel - east / west ?

This is actually a very good point. There are traffic cams located extensively along I-25 between Denver to the north and Pueblo to the south. There are additional traffic cams at some traditional trouble spots. Even when I lived near that area, I never tried to spot the cams, so I don't know how they are oriented. I was too busy driving at 75MPH to play spot the traffic cam.
