do you know if the Jimmy creek has been searched already and is there any way to find out, I wonder? I suspect not because it is quite likely LE will not want the perpetrator to know what they know.
LE won't tell us every place they're searching. I'm curious myself and might take a drive over there tomorrow.

I know I saw it but can't seem to find a link. I'm looking. Hopefully someone can find it too.
"Drayton has also said that he showed the footage to Gannon's father, Albert Stauch, who had an incredibly emotional reaction.
"He just broke down crying and said, 'She lied. She lied about the time. He didn’t go to a friend’s house,'" Drayton recalled."

He never went to a friend's house.

That's all accurate but it is quite as possible as anything else that she brought him to Jimmy's lake too.. that is what the poster is suggesting and I'm in agreement .

Kittythehare, the poster listed a child's name, an alleged friend of Gannon's. As quoted earlier in MSM Gannon never went to a friend's.
Yes, there is that Lake, and that part of it may be correct.

the lake part is what I meant, sorry if that was not clear.
It was clear. I wasn't talking about the lake. I was talking about the use of a minor child's name.

Seeings there was no alleged friend...it's all mute.

Before you spend time looking, that information was not in MSM so we can't discuss the name as it may not even be accurate.

But yes, Gannon did apparently text his dad to ask if he could go to a friend's house but I don't remember the source for that. Jmo

During the ‘interview’ or whatever you want to call it. She talked about her rights being violated during the police interview.
Being denied food or water for hours. Basically being held during the interview.
I don’t believe for one second her rights were violated. During interviews LE records everything for this very reason.

This "interview" is the very thing that first raised my suspicion of her. I'm not accusing her of anything, but some of the things she has said seem preposterous to me. Perhaps my own personal experience(s) are coming into play?

When my child first went missing (over 20 years ago), I sat in a room with LE for 10 hours straight answering questions, going over timelines, conversations, and events leading up to her abduction. Never once did I feel my rights were being violated. I was offered food, water, restroom and smoke breaks numerous times. I never gave them reason to handcuff or detain me. I just wanted them to help me find my daughter and bring her home. And never, ever, ever have I slammed them publicly for doing their job. It's no secret LE must start with those closest to the missing person, and work their way out. It should be expected.

It is very apparent, IMO, this woman has something to hide. She wants to take the focus off of herself, and try to place blame on LE (or anyone else she can think of) for her actions after Gannon was reported missing. I really don't think this adorable little boy is going to be found across the street in a chimney. She knows where he is. And how he got there. If she doesn't appreciate the entire community accusing her of foul play, perhaps she should consider acting like a woman who loves Gannon and will do anything to bring him home? She doesn't seem very distraught over his disappearance, IMO. And she certainly isn't going to win any popularity contests in that town by lashing out.

If you're reading here, lady- it's time to put Gannon first. He's the one that matters. Not you or your feelings. You're the adult. It's time to start acting like one. Not the spoiled, entitled brat you appear to be. My apologies if this sounds harsh. But, mother to mother- how would you be feeling if it were one of your daughter(s) that were missing under suspicious circumstances?

It's okay for you to have that opinion, just like it's okay for me to have my opinion. I truly believe there are other ways to provide money for a family in a situation like this than selling things at a vigil, which is supposed to be a solemn affair.
I think it’s nice for people to be able to take a piece of the Vigil back home with them so they keep Gannon in their hearts. And long after the case is over they have something to remind them that hope is good.

I also think it gives people at the Vigil who want to do something a way to participate without a collection jar (which I think might be a bit tacky).

Above all, I suspect the project gave someone with a big heart a way to feel like they were doing something for Gannon’s family that mattered. And IMO there’s nothing tacky about that.

Agreed. Which is why I think she made statements to the cops that she later regretted and so tried to throw everything at the wall regarding LE conduct that would violate her 4th and 5th amendment rights, to see if something would stick and she could find a way to make her statements inadmissible.

I just watched the SM interview again. IMOO, she sounds so believable up until the hike questions start and she gets her daughter in it. That's when she starts talking a little less smoothly and such and nervous. I really do believe her, strangely, that she didn't hurt him and loved him and those nice things she said about him. But then the daughter/when was he last seen at home/hike/Burger King discussion is when things start to sound really suspicious and weird. I think she knows more than she is saying, but it just baffles me as to WHAT happened.

Weirdest is the "when you get here" - I suspect there was a runaway situation and yet she is culpable somehow too???

She is seen in video leaving the house with Gannon @10:00 am. She is seen returning to the house around 2:00 pm. Alone. When and how did he runaway and if it was between 10-2 why no call to the cops until 6:55 or whatever?

Agree. That phrase has bothered me since I first heard it. "And Gannon, when you get here" Where is here? How is he going to get to that place? Part of me still thinks that this was some crazy act to get back at her husband for something that hurt her. Why else would she eliminate his child right before she moved out? Revenge? Why not both of his kids?
Or, he did hear or see something that she said or did and it was damaging enough that she needed to silence him.
MOO

It’s a good question. I wondered too. Why Gannon? Why him?

Maybe in her twisted mind she felt taking his son would hurt him more. Maybe she just didn’t like Gannon for some reason.

To the poster who is friends with Gannon’s Mom I was going to reply to your post with this info on how to become a verified insider, but it appears your post may have been deleted (or I just can’t find it).
