I hope they were paying attention to her laughing today. That certainly isn’t going to do her any favors. She’s dunzo, anyway. Today’s testimony was especially damning for her. The reaction to the undercover officer serving the warrant (yelling at Harley not to say anything, request a lawyer, etc), the downright cheerful exchange she had with the officer who responded to her “runaway” call, and the conversation she had with the neighbor — they all indicate she had clear control of all her faculties.

Why do you guys think she’s hiding behind her hair, sitting away from her attorneys, etc? I don’t think it furthers her insanity claim. We know she doesn’t feel shame or remorse. She certainly seemed to like the attention at the beginning of the investigation. It seems like a lot of these murderers (Tammy Moorer and Alex Murdaugh come to mind) are more present during their trials. The “hiding” behavior seems inconsistent with the attention seeking behavior.

Also I don't suppose she feels good about her hygiene/appearance. She has to know that the live feed has no pucker filters.

Few things from today:

Thought we were going to learn the PhD was all a scam - who knows. Feel like they lead us down that path and then just didn't go there. Still wondering how she got the job - seems they even caught her in a reference 'scam' and looked past that.

The things I'd do to see the key throwing her running story. (Watched her back to camera interview after hearing that and made me chuckle)

I think we already all knew this - but she is someone that THINKS she is the smartest in the room.

I felt like they kept teasing us with Harley testimony. (Also is the defense trying to make Harley an accomplice?)

Glad we only had to hear a little of LS voice today. It's already nauseating to me.

Way back at the beginning of the case people on WS were horrified she got a SC teaching job with a criminal record. I said then and I'll say now, public schools overlook things because there's a teacher shortage. I'm not that surprised one glitch didn't stop her from getting hired in CO, that it took more for the offer to be rescinded.

Did you see the pic where she's hiding behind her hair, that attorney looks like he's scrolling on his phone and the other one looks half asleep? It was definitely interesting to say the least.

Could be one is looking for a different career and the other is dreaming of one.

It's one thing to believe in the system, that every one has a right to a fair trial and a strong defense, but it can't be easy to defend T. They're human.

You know, it might be easier to process this if it was the result of a psychotic break. It shakes the soul to know she chose it, sane. A million possible outcomes and she chose what she chose. And that's scariest of all.

I think it is because hiding behind her hair and sitting far away/into the tight corner is the only control she has over anything. We have seen what happens when she loses control, she spins, screams, badgers, and bullyrags. She is sane enough to know she can't do that without losing custodial privileges so..... she controls what she can--- pulling her hair over her eyes and acting like a cornered cat.

At that time they had no reason to think foul play had happened unfortunately. They didn’t turn on the garage light or open the car- just shined a flashlight in the back windows .

The next morning she drove the car to the airport and got a rental car. That evening she returned the rental and drove the Tiguan up to Perry Park Road in Douglas County where she probably hid the body.

Friday January 31 she returned to retrieve it in her Aunt’s rented Nissan.

Saturday February 1 she rented a Box Truck from Budget Rentals and took off for Florida.

These are the details as alleged by police investigators in El Paso County:

January 25th- January 29, 2020


Letecia viewed websites associated with jobs and apartments in Los Angeles, California, and Fort Lauderdale, Orlando, Pensacola, Florida. She visited a cost-calculating moving website.

I think they are constrained by the defendant and her previous actions as well. Lots of the evidence has been her in her own words---screaming at the husband, texting the neighbor, talking to police on the night he was reported missing. She was alternately screaming at AS. On the day of the murder she was lucid ---telling her story, giving them AS's number and referring to school functions, etc. The finding of the body evidence does not give her attorneys anything to question. The hotel receipt doesn't give them anything to go on--- it was in her name, said she worked for Ford Motor company, was near that bridge in the middle of the night, and was smack dab in the area where the suitcase was found. So far she is convicting herself with her own words. Don't think her lawyers really have much they can do. We have yet to see anyone remark that they met her alter ego/other personality.

Yeah, I am not putting it past her to have given Gannon too much Miralax before going on a hike to intentionally embarrass him and give her a "reason" to be angry. She is all about fake blame. She thrives on creating a situation and then placing blame to shame, embarrass and punish people.

Because the kid had the same cover," Stauch wrote after sending a photo of Gannon with the blankets his body was later found with. "I swear to you I didn't do this. I just need help with someone getting this out there so they can start posting in other states."

Mobley, who claimed she did not believe Stauch's story at any point during their text conversation, stated that after receiving those messages from Stauch she reported them and turned her phone over to law enforcement.

Personally I think she only liked the attention when she could control the narrative.

Now that that's clearly not the case...she doesn't want to be there. Hence her 3 years trying to delay things. Her refusing to come to court. Whatever other nonsense she has pulled along the way.

Did anyone else notice that she is only hiding her face when there is testimony about things she should be ashamed about? For example, when they are talking about lies she told or things that make her look bad. When the DNA expert was on or the financial investigator, she was looking up and paying attention.
I wonder if this is part of the strategy or if her attorneys genuinely don't realize how it makes her look?
