I meant AS daughter. Yes,I’m sorry. Thanks.I think you mean GS's sister, or AS/LH's daughter.

We saw him the next day at 10 am slowly walk out to the truck. After doing some more research on the case I'm convinced that Gannon was killed when HH was working later on after the candle incident. When HH says she saw Gannon's head I think he was already un-alive. HH was old enough that she could have told what really happened which is why I think Gannon was already gone. And I think LS did something with his body in the middle of the night.
Feels kind of like we're not believing her in this instance to fit in with our own narrative though. Either we believe everything she said or we doubt everything.Yeah, I’m sure Gannon was treated differently.
I think both can be true. Until the immediate leadup to Gannon's murder, all children could have been seemingly treated to HH with the same degree of manipulation, physical abuse and control. But then Gannon died, and that made his treatment exceptional.Feels kind of like we're not believing her in this instance to fit in with our own narrative though. Either we believe everything she said or we doubt everything.
I disagree. Its not all or nothing. She could be very confused.Feels kind of like we're not believing her in this instance to fit in with our own narrative though. Either we believe everything she said or we doubt everything.
If I were a juror I too would think LS you just got buried. And after watching LS clock the deputy that just solidifies everything for me.I think that detail buried her.
IMO.
Agree, To fit in our narrative thought, exactly,Feels kind of like we're not believing her in this instance to fit in with our own narrative though. Either we believe everything she said or we doubt everything.
Yeah, as difficult as the cross was, even the defense didn't try to claim she was mistaken about the physical abuse she endured.

I can believe that LS didn’t usually show outward signs of “extra” angst against Gannon. It sounds like she was horrible to everyone. Plus at H’s age (teen) she may not have been home that much to see everything. School, plus working.Feels kind of like we're not believing her in this instance to fit in with our own narrative though. Either we believe everything she said or we doubt everything.
This is the part I missed. did they show that video today? Maybe I got a call or something. Do you know when they showed the part about her hitting the deputy? If I were a juror I too would think LS you just got buried. And after watching LS clock the deputy that just solidifies everything for me.
Yesterday. I think. Former Detective Bethel's testimony, if I recall correctly. This is the part I missed. did they show that video today? Maybe I got a call or something. Do you know when they showed the part about her hitting the deputy?
Early in day 8 of the trial. Video is on youtube. This is the part I missed. did they show that video today? Maybe I got a call or something. Do you know when they showed the part about her hitting the deputy?
That was such a silly line of questioning. $800. BFD.I feel like the GfundMe questioning route wasn't the defense attorneys best plan of action.
First of all, reading her I don't read it as she is manipulating people into thinking both her parents are dead. She did lose both of her parents....just felt strange to even bring this up IMO.
Second, she got a measley $800 from it. Is $800 going to sway a jury member in the slightest into thinking she's manipulating the situation for money?
Did they really have nothing else to attack her credibility

Perfectly said! Thank you!I resemble one of my abusers very strongly. The colour of my hair and eyes, the shape of my features, my skin tone. You learn to make your peace with seeing that looking back at you from the mirror every day. It doesn't matter if you dye your hair, cover things up with makeup or even surgery - you always know it's there, in your very DNA. You make your peace, preferably, if you're the parental type, before having kids of your own, because your kid could bear that resemblance, too, through no fault of their own. You need to process that garbage and accept it, because it doesn't go away. It's your body.

Agreed. I’m just bothered by the fact she didn’t do the right thing, and only did so for self preservation. These tears should be for Gannon, not her.
I get she’s young, and been under her mom’s thumb. I don’t have to like it though.

Sounds like LS has always been an unstable nut job. How she managed to land AS is beyond me. She knew if she was caught hurting Gannon she was going to lose the lifestyle she had with AS, and would be back to being a desperate woman, always on the move because she couldn't hold a job or keep a place to live.
HH has got to be so wounded inside. Her own mother doesn't even care how her actions hurt HH. No remorse or tears while listening to her daughter on the stand, she is ice cold. I love that HH is completing her education and appears to be thriving in her personal life right now (source, her IG account). LS can sit in prison and know her daughter is everything that LS wasn't, and wanted to be, beautiful and successful, without having to lie about her education, qualifications, and references.
