King is so out of order. Closing arguments are NOT evidence. He needs to stop interrupting and attempting to get B off course. Judge should sanction King.

Unfortunately..I've been watching trial's for decades..and It happen's all the time..BUT in THIS CASE..Def. is constantly (Obviously) to disrupt not to mention create a record for appeal...But in the end it doesn't matter in this case..as IT's Not in question IF the defendant ( that Guy) did the massacre...SMHead!!!!

Sit down and stay down Mr. King.

Judge is wonderful in explaining to jury that the PT and attorneys are just showing them their recollection of the evidence and its up to the jury to use their own memory of the testimony and their own judgement of the evidence.

This was a great way for the judge to handle this nit picking by DT.

Dr Gur serves a purpose but not here. She didn't interview his parents before saying he was insane.

This is what jumps out to me..Her immediate conclusion and opinion of Insanity...based on impression ( biased) not Factually based!! Speaks volumes to what Def. team did in this case...Limited information THEIR experts got!!..SMHead!

OHHH Geesh..Enflaming the jury objection..GMAB....THEIR client's actions enflamed the FACTS!! (Over-ruled) because it's factual...SMH!!

Mr. G is using an excellent approach of bringing up the victims every now and then and explaining their injuries they suffered. He is not flooding the jury all in a row. He is purposely spreading them out amonst other summaries so they dont get overwhelmed.

Its a great approach and it is also how they did the whole trial.

This closing is the best closing I have ever heard in any case.

Jury likely taking offense at King's incessant objections. Jury also notes how the judge rules on those annoying objections. Typically when a jury begins to dislike a defense attorney's behavior, they take it out on the defendant.
