What is refreshing is the respect and order this courtroom has so far.

i decided to follow this trial and am catching up by reading the posts here, thank you, and watching youtube and beth karas site.

oh my gosh, i love this judge and his court. what a change from the arias trial. as far as the defense team, i would not imagine they would come down hard on the state witnesses as they are victims. so not quite like like jw and kn getting snotty with the state witness s as they were not victims of ja. moo

I posted it a bit back but it got lost in all the updates so I am going to ask again! I just love having yalls opinions on things. I follow trials but not usually as closely as this one. But how/what will both sides do about the fact he took Vicodin before committing the crime? Couldn't any of his behavior be attributed to that(ETA: his behavior once arrested)? Also, isn't there some rule about drug use and insanity pleas?

I am interested in the answers to your questions. I read recently something about the drug insanity plea.....I will try and find it. I also read that there was no drug test done on him when arrested. I will try and find the newspaper articles that made that remark. maybe that is why no one is bringing the Vicodin up in Courtney no drug test, no proof but his word.

I don't know exact answer but I would think if the vicodin could have attributed for his behavior they would have used it..
