HHMMMM...based on Professor Klug's testimony, I am wondering now if this is what Dan and his colleague at the University of Iowa saw, and in no uncertain terms, stated do not admit.

Did his short responses, perceived lack of interest, etc. make them realize he would be wasting their time?

Or did they see something else? I REALLLLLLLLY hope the Prosecutors found them and are planning on calling them!

Since Mr. Brauchler mentioned yesterday about JH being denied in a "half dozen" other programs, I think he might!

Dr. Klug says again that he did not reject the defendant's application despite his "weak interview" because of his "strong portfolio."

Klug doesn't like defense AT ALL.....my only worry is that he is arguing with defense lawyer and might volunteer too much info that will work against prosecution. He seems to be saying....JH wasn't that much of a weirdo...just didn't care....

maybe Klug likes to get his answers right?....she keeps saying...i'm getting to that.... you're zeroing in on my next point...I'm wondering what I'm actually hearing right now...I just can't shake the idea the Klug doesn't like JH therefore defense......
