ETA - Bradford Zborowski works for Arapahoe County Sheriff. He got the bags from the dumpster that FBI Agent Hunkar examined and testified to earlier.

to me, not so much he ran out, But to let the baby on the floor with gunshots around, people falling & running- adults were getting trampled!!!! I am sick.

Its just VERY strange!!! He may have panicked but...if I were in that situation.. It would be my children I would be in the panic about... Afraid for them and wanting to get THEM out!

Can I just say that with all the money Colorado is reportedly making from legalizing marijuana they should take some of the money and build a courtroom that has enough room for the attorneys to move around without stepping all over one another, JMO

HA!!!

But to be fair, this number of attorneys is probably a singular issue, related to this crime. I don't think many cases will ever have this many people on each side of the table.

I give these jurors so much credit! We have heard from quite a few of them regarding issues that have come up. Each one seems like they are engaged and really want to be there. Nothing that makes me think they want off.

And God Bless them, because as strong and clear and nice as this witness's voice is...I have tuned out! I just can't pay attention to where each bullet casing is found. For me, it's enough to know they were there - I would believe the LEO who said they were there and took pictures of each one. But I guess that is why I am never going to be on a jury. LOL!!

I read on thedenverchannel.com's discussion area that yesterday was markes 1-60. And today is 61-123.

I have no idea how accurate that is, since I missed 90% of yesterday.

I'm also impressed at their ability to sit through so much evidence. I'm tired listening and trying to take it all in. It must be even more so for them.

Has anyone else had an issue with thedenverchannel.com's stream...when I start watching at court opening, sometime in the afternoon, it suddenly switches to testimony earlier in the day.

Refresh takes me right back to regular programming...but it seems it is happening everyday now!

I ended up watching it on YouTube (denverchannel.com streaming) and it didn't seem to do that for me.

OMGosh! Me too! I had gotten really good at it for awhile. And then got out of practice when I wasn't following major "breaking news" that we seemed to have a rash of for way too long. Sometimes I don't know which way is up!

Just FYI..This can also trigger seizures too!! I'm amazed I've never heard any court give warnings before this?? I really love this Judge :thewave:
