A reverse google image search of that ticket to theater #9 pops up from stories the day of the shooting. So I'm assuming that photo is just someone that was there that showed their ticket.

Yeah, I did see that the link I found the picture from was abcnews.com and the report from 7/20. So I think it is fair to say it is a random ticket, not JH's.

And since Mr. Brauchler made such a big deal about it, and it has been discussed many times before, that his ticket is actually from #8.

But I knew I had seen A ticket with #9...so I guess I had to bring it up. Sorry for any misdirection!!!

As of right now, I cannot find it in EVIDENCE during the trial? But I did find the photo with #9 on this site... MSM!!! But this was BEFORE??? trial vs. evidence in trial? Perhaps one of you guys who knows how to twitter and do other stuff can tweet the station guy that is following the trial?

The ticket in those pictures shows a purchase date of July 19 at 6:52 pm and the preliminary hearing court document indicates that JH purchased his ticket on July 8th (under IV. Findings & Conclusions, A. Findings of Credibility, 1. Testimony Regarding Location and Identification of Defendant).

Yes, I saw that too. But I also saw the PREPAID part, so I thought that could have been when he went to the Fandango kiosk and printed it. I don't know how the dates/times works on prepaid, then printed, tickets. I just felt the need to explain that...since I started this wild goose chase. Again, sorry!!!

But I think it is fair to say, that ticket is for sure not JH's ticket since the media had it the day of the shooting.

Why are the prosecution so desperate for this evidence to be admitted. I wish I could read their minds!

Trying to catch up so this response is a little late but in my opinion the PT is trying to show that there was not mental and emotional deterioration as the DT has suggested, but instead that JH went on planning to kill while living his life normally like any other person.

I agree. It does certainly look that way from what we've seen so far. Of course that could all change once we hear the defence put their side.
