What I wonder is why he purchased ticket for #8, but executed in #9. We have heard of soooooo many folks doing last minute purchases of tickets, which leads me to think that when he purchased the tickets, that the second showing theater wasn't online yet? Would LOVE to hear if that is correct. :moo:

Maybe more people in 9? Just guessing here.

I thought the visit to #8 was a week or two before the actual shooting. Wasn't the ticket found in the garbage outside his apartment? I assumed he did a dry run to have a look around the theatre. Of course that doesn't make sense as he knew his way around #9. Just ignore me!

Holmes takes portraits of himself - According to testimony from Sgt. Matthew Fyles, Holmes took several photos on his iPhone just hours before the shooting. One showed his face next to the muzzle of a Glock handgun.

Jensen recalls a man who stumbled out of Theater 9. He thought man was drunk, but man stopped near concession stand.

"Sir, are you OK?" he asked. The man had blood coming out of his mouth and out of his shoulder. "This guy needs help!" he yelled to cops

Jensen describing flashing white alarm lights and a siren. It stayed on for the rest of the time he was in complex.

I wonder if they even had the option to choose which theater if they were playing at the same time? I think I remember one of the Red Robin employees saying a few of them got tickets for Theater 8 but switched w/ some people so they could all sit together. (Or I could have completely imagined that!)

I think theaters are prepared for that as I've seen it happen many times, and he just said on the stand that they only sell 90% of the seat space - so my :moo: is that they know folks do that.

That clearly says House 9.

From what I recall #9 was sold out and JH just decided to buy from #8 and go into #9 like he wanted.

In my notes I just did while he was testifying, I put in order what theaters and what order that they were opened for ticket sales. :moo: my notes said #8 first. Please correct me if I'm wrong :blush:

Because this ticket clearly says House 9. But since Mr. Bauchler is going on about this 8 vs 9 thing, he must have it right!

JQ- who turned lights on and when? I don't know who did.

JQ- is it standard practice to have police there at theater? I don't hire them and it's not really necessarary.

Jensen says armed officers weren't usually on hand for premieres. Officers in lobby responded to 911 calls

Jensen: Projection booth is automated. Not necessary to have a person in booth. He wasn't in booth when shooting began

Defense objecting to the video of First Responders arriving at hospital as cumulative.

Orman says this is not cumulative. It is relevant. Shows victims with injuries, before cleaned up of blood. They can identify some of the victims - Jessica Ghawi, Caleb Medley, etc.

As of right now, I cannot find it in EVIDENCE during the trial? But I did find the photo with #9 on this site... MSM!!! But this was BEFORE??? trial vs. evidence in trial? Perhaps one of you guys who knows how to twitter and do other stuff can tweet the station guy that is following the trial?
