I do think they may have used the word bog. You’re right. Anyone think that’s common place? Or was that just overactive imaginations?I remember that discussion. Was it a bog?
MOO
People argued over that point a lot in the MT case. Some people swore they knew it was fact and others claimed it was myth.I've heard that a body put into a pig pit will be devoured overnight except for a few small bones and teeth.
Many have stated his income as $92,000 per year. I just don't see that on this small acreage, but assuming it is true, that was revenue...not income. That does not include the cost of hay and feed. I think he really was barely getting by raising and training dogs. MAYBE he made some money competing in team roping, but it is very expensive traveling and hauling horses. I don't know a lot of rich farriers, and many people do it themselves.
I really think he PLAYED at being a cowboy. Many people that have cattle that I know also have another job and raise the cattle as a sideline.
Same as a gator pit. Don't want to test it.People argued over that point a lot in the MT case. Some people swore they knew it was fact and others claimed it was myth.
Did the neighbor say he didn't stay overnight? I remember the neighbor saying she thought he lived there? Can someone clarify?Thinking about brothers on the force and mom being an RN, he could have had her convinced that if she ever dared to leave him, that they would smear her name, falsely accuse her of abuse etc...
If she was in an abusive situation, she may have thought no one would believe her.
Why Cinnamon rolls?
The neighbor said he never stayed overnight. That sounds like something one would make for breakfast after a "spend the night party"
I wonder, was any eaten?
Did it have only his DNA on it?
(Like the pizza from the case where the family was killed. - I forget the last name)
THAT could be why they believe she was killed on Thanksgiving- none of her DNA on the buns???
Moo
Hahahaha. I suppose we could insert all kinds of carnivores in this theory.Same as a gator pit. Don't want to test it.
I read both. Two different articles.Did the neighbor say he didn't stay overnight? I remember the neighbor saying she thought he lived there? Can someone clarify?
I haven't had a cinnamon roll since high school, and I keep thinking I'll get some Pillsbury ones, and then always forget after I go to the store! I don't need them anyway but I have wanted some for weeks now lol.As an aside I now have a love/hate relationship with cinnamon rolls
This was also discussed in the mystery disappearance of a bodyPeople argued over that point a lot in the MT case. Some people swore they knew it was fact and others claimed it was myth.
They have PF's red truck. Who knows what LE may have found in/on it.It’s possible (and hopeful) that by the time the trial rolls around, lots of pieces of evidence will have converged.
For example, I think it’s likely they have...
Unreleased video footage of Kelsey besides the Safeway one
Unreleased video footage of PF’s locations in the days that followed
Records of unusual phone activity from both their phones
Witnesses who have come forward to say they have reason to believe he would be violent
Friends of hers who come forward to say there were serious relationship issues
Evidence from the trash dump
Evidence of a crime from her house
Evidence he solicited someone else
What else am I missing?
"Nope, never heard of this person before in my life. WS you say? Nope, no poster I ever heard of!"
You've got that right! You have to be either a complete technology expert or use technology not at ALL to attempt to get away with a crime these days! I'd never chance it!
That was actually one of my very very first thoughts before all the drones and media. Did the ranch have a pig sty? Long since answered.I've heard that a body put into a pig pit will be devoured overnight except for a few small bones and teeth.
Here’s where one said she thought he lived there: Neighbors described fiancé of missing Colorado woman as 'quiet' and 'good' | Daily Mail OnlineDid the neighbor say he didn't stay overnight? I remember the neighbor saying she thought he lived there? Can someone clarify?
Well if had accomplice/s maybe they'll roll. I'll bet a quilt block he did.
WARNING...Sensitive materialI've heard that a body put into a pig pit will be devoured overnight except for a few small bones and teeth.
Thank you so much! and LOL too funny!! I forget I'm famous..Someone up thread was asking for video of the property with a hole that was dug by law enforcement. There was a 9-minute drone video by Channel 9 I think, ( I cannot find it now) but two below are shorter versions.

ETA, perfect timing following Peppermint Patties post above.
Welcome Peppermint Patty! I just saw you on television a couple of nights ago with Charlie.
Good observations, I noticed no run in sheds for the horses to protect them from the weather unless he used the barn. Would love to know the interior layout of the barn, it looks to me to be more living space.
My father was a farrier for 3 decades and that isn't an unattainable income alone. Add some cattle sales and it's possible. Without including right offs and such. Being self employed, all materials, feed, gas, vehicle depreciation etc. can be written off. Who knows?? But I can't says it's impossible to make that much. And also he probably has a decent overhead; feeding, caring for the animals, buying the animals. Water, cleaning, etc, they aren't cheap, so he may have made 92 but after overhead and taxes? would be way way way less IMO.
Welcome to Websleuths, Peppermint Patty. Many of us are asking the same question. Where's the beef?!

I think they got that idea from the Ashby pig farm murder.People argued over that point a lot in the MT case. Some people swore they knew it was fact and others claimed it was myth.
