A friend, with a young, new tonhim horse just stopped by, I asked how things are going with the horse. He told me he had to put “hobbles” on him. It made me think, PF now wears “hobbles” outside of his “stall”. Sorry.

Wasn't it reported that a neighbor said that there was a blue car (not belonging to a resident) parked right next to PF's red truck in the back of Kelsey's townhouse instead of

Well right now, in addition to murder, he’s charged with solicitation of murder. This means he atleast tried to get someone to kill her.

If he had someone help afterwards, it would be something like “accessory after the fact.”

I agree 'The Farm' that coming into a relative's home, if not there a few days beforehand, it would be difficult to conclude if things were altered, items missing.
I am forever moving even furniture about, obtaining large items from cupboards, leaving them out etc.

Surveillance video from the Safeway showed Berreth there with her daughter at about 12:27 p.m. on Nov. 22, De Young said. “That’s the last time Kelsey was seen,” he said.

He couldn't be waiting for her to return from the store, as his truck was parked side on, across her other 2 cars.
So her cars were home, before he parked his truck.
How could she have walked, with the toddler in a heavy 'car seat'?

Do you think her mother would have expressed surprise at the way her hair was if it was an ordinary day off from work, or do you think her mother believed KB had special plans that particular day and around that same time as she was seen on camera?

In her interview on the Today Show, CB consistently looks to her right when answering questions. She is ready with her answers, even when (as discussed and with good reason) she is clearly holding back.

With one exception.

When asked if KB has ever disappeared before, she says, “No, no”. Then she pauses, looks to her left and says “um”. She shakes her head and says, “I can’t think of anywhere she’s gone where she hasn’t told me”.

Perhaps she knew PF had put it out there that KB had ‘taken off’ before, but CB feels that was a misrepresentation of the truth. JMO

PF wanted Kelsey out of the picture. He wouldn’t have taken a photograph that he would later use in order to derive some sort of satisfaction.

This was business, not pleasure.

A photograph would have potentially implicated himself in a crime as well.

There is a certain panic that tends to overcome most first time killers (except for pure sociopaths or psychopaths), that doesn’t lend itself to stopping to take a picture.

In today's People article, the donkey rescue associate stated that PF seemed entirely calm. Unusual?

The Aunt relayed that information along with the info about Kelsey possibly going to visit relatives, and had asked on FB that truckers be on the alert. So it is possible that all that she said came directly from Kelseys mom, who got the information from Frazee himself. Imo

What is such a mystery to me, is that the family has not disputed that Kelsey's grandmother is/was ill, correct? It had to be true, in my opinion, in order for Patrick to have said she left to go visit her ailing grandmother. Obviously, he took advantage of this and concocted a story that she left by herself and allegedly took a week off from work in order to go on this so called trip.

So, when the text was sent to her work and Patrick's phone on the 25th, it would have been because Kelsey was due back at work that day or the day after. He quite clearly had this done to toss suspicion in another direction, because the phone pinged in Idaho.

Her Mom had a well check performed on Dec 2nd- 10 days after Thanksgiving. I wonder when Patrick told her the story about Kelsey going to visit her ailing grandmother? Or did he tell LE this or his lawyer, and they told Cheryl? To my knowledge, she never disputed the story about her grandmother being ill, right?

Sorry @PommyMommy I just jumped in to give the DCFS information. I didn't really read what was before it. I just wanted to add info regarding custody when it refers to DCFS.

On a side note, not just to Pommy Mommy. My own mother was murdered last week, so I'm a bit foggy, but I wanted to share what I know about how DCFS operates especially when one set of parents is unsuitable.
