We need some input from verified lawyers. As I'm reading this, it looks like maybe the solicitation offer made by PF might be cause for the felony murder charge. His action of solicitation caused her murder, which is separate from the first degree murder charge.
ETA: Does this mean someone accepted the solicitation offer?

Bumping post from page 28. There are 3 images in post, the last one is the pdf that shows the charges. (copied link above)

IDK but maybe one solicitation attempt supports a theory of 1st degree murder, and two other solicitation attempts support a theory of felony murder? It is not confidence inspiring that they don't know, and they don't have a body.

What types of things would be destroyed during dna testing? Tiny or powdered bone fragments is the only thing I’ve heard of.
I think it means all potential dna would be destroyed not necessarily the item itself:

Many items of evidence contain invisible traces of DNA even if no obvious biological staining is present. Because DNA testing has become so sensitive, items such as knife handles and firearms can be swabbed to recover invisible cellular material potentially left by handlers of those items. Due to the expected low level DNA yield, the crime laboratory will typically swab the entire surface of the item, removing most if not all of the low-level DNA that was present. The entire swabbing is then consumed in the analysis, leaving nothing for an independent analysis.

Could someone (expert) please explain the murder charges? Why two? Were two people murdered?
TIA!

Here are the charges formally filed. They were *not* read aloud in the courtroom. @KOAA #PatrickFrazee #KelseyBerreth

Defense motions to preserve law enforcement communication (emails & texts) and to limit pre-trial publicity (prevent press conferences, tweets & interviews) were both denied. Written orders to come later today @KOAA #KelseyBerreth #PatrickFrazee
