I suppose it is possible he told the nurse a story too and duped her into sending a text, but at a point the nurse had to know what had happened.Adding here because I edited last post too late.
I'm thinking there should be searchable communication between this nurse and PF on his phone and hers. As in he told her to text, told her what to say, she let him know when she was in Idaho, etc. He told her to dispose of phone.
I wonder if he directed her to do all this from Idaho, though if that's where she lives...sigh..nothing like calling attention to yourself.
Did she ever question why? Did she know what happened to Kelsey? That he was involved? She must have. imo
Wow! I asked in the very beginning if he mailed it to someone there, but it was shot down. Not saying that it was mailed to her, but somehow she got it and sent those texts. <modsnip - rumor>. I am just stunned to see this reported....Clayton Sandell on Twitter
A woman being investigated for possibly disposing of #KelseyBerreth’s cell phone in Idaho is a 32-year old nurse from Twin Falls, multiple sources tell @abc.
Thank goodness all of this was released.. soon we can talk about it as fact instead of rumors.. PHEWOr maybe she and his mom worked together at one time and that's how they met. Or maybe they met at a rodeo! Only time will tell. I do think it has to be someone he has known for awhile or knows very well. Imo
Depends on if she is charged or is a POI, I believe.Newbie question, once her name is released can we sleuth her or no?
I imagine that they’ll be able to track her movements (via her cell), and I’d expect that they will show that she came to him.
Probably a couple days after the murder.
That is what I'm curious about. I really want to know if she knew about the murder before she got rid of the phone and if so why she hasn't been charged. I can understand why they would hold off on charging her but I have been trying to ask if it is possible for LE to do that but nobody seems to know. Apparently it is.Adding here because I edited last post too late.

Withholding Patrick Frazee arrest warrant affidavit violates rights, expert says
A district attorney’s efforts to withhold a document that lays out the case against the man they are accusing of killing Woodland Park mother Kelsey Berreth is a rare legal maneuver that may impinge on the suspect’s constitutional right of due process, legal defense experts said.
“To deny the whole (arrest) affidavit is highly unusual,” said Dan Recht, former president of the Colorado Criminal Defense Bar and an expert on constitutional criminal law. “It puts the defendant at a substantial disadvantage. There are constitutional issues to consider.”
Fourth Judicial District Attorney Dan May has asked Judge Linda Margaret Billings Vela to allow him to withhold a copy of the arrest warrant affidavit from 32-year-old Patrick Frazee, who faces five murder charges in Berreth’s death including two counts of first-degree murder and three counts of solicitation to commit murder.
May has declined to explain why he wants to withhold the arrest affidavit, saying the document has been sealed.
But a motion filed by his office Dec. 21 said disclosing the affidavit poses a serious risk of jeopardizing
the ongoing investigation and the safety of potential witnesses.
Prosecutors and defense attorneys are scheduled to argue over the affidavit’s release at a hearing before Vela on Friday at the Teller County District Court in Cripple Creek. Frazee also faces a preliminary hearing Jan. 29.
Preventing Frazee from seeing the affidavit could hurt his defense because he would not be able to help his attorney in preparing his case, Recht said. He compared it to cases in which mentally ill defendants are incompetent and therefore unable to assist in their defense.
“That is very problematic. It’s Frazee who knows the facts of the case. The defense attorney can’t be effective if he can’t talk to his client,” Recht said. “The defense is in the dark, and it’s difficult for them to make good arguments.”

I'm getting to the point where little to nothing in this case is going to surprise me. I think you were right. He probably mailed the phone - it would take about 3 days to get there with the holiday. He was trying to set up an alibi - my phone is here, hers is there, so SODDI.Wow! I asked in the very beginning if he mailed it to someone there, but it was shot down. I just do not see any way that <modsnip: name variations or derogatory names not allowed> is an innocent party in all of this.
IMO, the odds are overwhelmingly in favor of her being complicit in at least the coverup of the murder.
I suppose there is the very remotest of possibilities that he could have placed KB's cell phone in <modsnip: name variation>vehicle without her knowledge, but that's just not plausible, IMO.
It’s tough enough to come up with a scenario in which she has any sort of “plausible deniability” here, let alone isn’t some way complicit in all of this.I just do not see any way that <modsnip: name variations or derogatory names not allowed> is an innocent party in all of this.

Absolutely protecting this witness. Thats why no info and his attorney is whining about no info. The girl is probably scared to death with what she was part of. IMO.So is nurse one of witnesses that DA said needed protecting for
their safety?
JC : I hope KB did not know her and let her in her apt. thinking she was entering with good will in mind.
I don't think he would risk putting it in the mail. I think he handed it to her. JmoI'm getting to the point where little to nothing in this case is going to surprise me. I think you were right. The trouble with mailing it though: No mail delivery on Thanksgiving and no mail delivery on Sunday. He would have had to mail it to be picked up Friday and she would have had to receive it Saturday.Wow! I asked in the very beginning if he mailed it to someone there, but it was shot down. Has a lot of explaining to do.. perhaps she was threatened by him.. he does look scary IMO.It’s tough enough to come up with a scenario in which she has any sort of “plausible deniability” here, let alone isn’t some way complicit in all of this.
