Frazee was also contacted by Officer Beth Huber on Dec. 3, though the phone call wasn’t recorded. Adams says Frazee told her he went to Kelsey’s home that day to exchange custody but she wasn’t there. He says he ran errands & then came back to exchange in the alley. @KOAA
