Evidence: He is caught on camera returning to the house, and spent approximately 2 hours there. This was a flat out lie on his part, and it is supported by cell phone data and video from a furniture store (which is not in dispute).

Blood was found under floorboards, behind couch cushions, on the fireplace, and on a baby gate. In particular, the couch cushions and fireplace having that blood on them, is something one would expect to see when the victim has suffered blunt force trauma.

The bathroom also lit up like a Christmas tree.

To further support the house being a crime scene, smudge marks were present to indicate cleaning.

We know KK was in that house, based on her knowledge of the crime scene. Her cell phone also put her in the area on the morning of the 24th, and this was the very thing that busted her in the first place.

Plus, both ranch hands have testified that PF told them the fire flames got too high and he had to put it out. Are they liars?

Again, false. The ranch hands testified that PF told them his mommy yelled at him for the fire getting too high. His remedy according to KK, was to add metal on top of the fire.

These ranch hands testified to removing metal from the scene.

She didn't because she still wants PF to walk free.

How could you possibly know that, and why would she want this monster to walk free?

Are you saying she has a death wish or something?

She was obsessed with him and obsessed with KB.

A case can be made for the former, but the latter is completely unsupported. Regardless, she’s not on trial, he is.

Because he bashed Kelsey’s face in with a baseball bat.

Please correct me if I'm wrong, but the gun is a red herring. The tale of the returned gun was IMO solely to fit his narrative. This is the work of a simpleton. Make sure everyone knows/ thinks she is in possession of her gun, go to her house, use a bat with one blow and no blood, leave with the baby, the bat and the body. Everyone will conclude she wandered off and commit suicide. No one still bother to question or confirm that. All his problems solved. KB is gone, and he has the baby she wanted. Win. And he even knows how to double sock a baby.

He messed up his own plan in just about every way imaginable.

Prison time should give him plenty of lifetimes to let that sink in.

after the many posts on KK and the coffee cup visit to KB's condo i started wondering if KK was wearing gloves that night. be great if they ever get her back on the stand if they would ask her. MOO.

Finally caught up and here for Kelsey and all of the Berreth Family. Holding my breath (and stomach) for what new revelations may come today. Just when I think I couldn't be more appalled at the depths of the human depravity, directed toward a sweet, hard working woman who offered kindness and grace to them despite their rude and disrespectful behavior toward her. If SF is called upon to testify, maybe someone will ask her what Kelsey ever did to her to create such hatred and animosity on SF's part? :mad:

How could SF & EF ever think that they had a prayer of getting custody of Baby K? Couldn't even create a safe space for a curious toddler that could sustain a life changing injury and horrible, unnecessary suffering due to her negligence? :confused::mad:

Hope there are pictures of the interior of the Franchhouse forthcoming. :eek:

My prediction is that they’re going to establish that this is a fragment of a human tooth, and they’re going to leave it at that. That really should be enough, because there is no plausible explanation for a human tooth to be in that area, and KK has already testified that the area was where KK’s body was burned.

CB testified that PF took KB's gun sometime in January after an argument about finances. She also said that KB told her PF returned the gun to her 11/21/19. Those are facts in the record.

Agree about the red herring as PF wanted LE to believe his false narrative that 'KB just took off -- as she's done before.'

PF tried to plant the idea that KB was distraught over their alleged break-up and killed herself. JM testified that PF tried to convince him that KB could have killed herself in the National Forest and would never be found.

If you believe that KK is lying about nearly everything and the evidence (for example, PF's repeated trips in and out of the condo on Thanksgiving afternoon) means nothing, then I'm sure the defense will put PF on the stand to tell everyone what really happened. Surely you don't believe PF is a lovestruck puppy who is going to risk going to prison to protect whoever you suspect is the real murderer.

If in fact someone besides PF killed KB and the murder didn't take place on Thanksgiving day, PF will have no problem explaining it all and the evidence will support his story.

You have suggested that DNA testing should be done on the stain on the hay bale in the red barn. If such testing was done and it is KB's DNA, how would that convince you that PF killed her and that he wasn't just participating in a clean up?

To give what seems to be your theory the benefit of a doubt, I have tried to pretend that KK was the real mastermind and PF an unwitting dupe, pretending this is a kind of Karla Homolka situation. I have tried to imagine a scenario where he somehow incapacitated KB on Thanksgiving Day and removed her from the condo without killing her, leaving that little detail to KK. I can't come up with a scenario that is remotely plausible and that fits the evidence we have - perhaps you can. If so, I am genuinely interested to hear it.
