I thought the same thing. With Dave Ramsey's program, it was doable.Still, if their income really was $140,000/yr. combined, that sounds like it ought to be doable to me. (This is not a legal opinion.) I guess it depends on the type of debt and the nature of the demands by creditors. As Dave Ramsey says, you eat 'beans and rice' and 'rice and beans' until you get it paid down.
Maybe @MerryB can interpret the bankruptcy tea leaves for us.
Hi and welcome! This is my first post. My husband has been filling me in on the progress here, and it seemed like there were some medical questions with which I could help -- I'm an Obstetrician-Gynecologist.
There is an article in the Daily Mail but I need to confirm with moderator if we can link the article.Good Evening, Sleuthers! I'm reading back through the thread and it appears a new female AP (not the coworker named by the prosecutor) has come forward. Is this correct or am I misinterpreting?
Hi, glad you’re here! My first question is about strangulation. Does it always leave characteristic marks on the neck? Is it possible to determine what size the hands were that did it?This is my first post. Good point! We are supposed to believe that the day after he sees his wife brutally kill his baby girls, that he decides to wear the gift she brought him the week before?
In a way, this is kind of a clue that she wasn't the killer.

Luckily, that question doesn't come up much in my work. I might not be the best to answer that question!Hi, glad you’re here! My first question is about strangulation. Does it always leave characteristic marks on the neck? Is it possible to determine what size the hands were that did it?

I wish I could -- sounds like a pathologist would be helpful for that type of question. I'm best with female physiology and pregnancy.Hi DrW! Do you happen to know what color the skin of the face and body would be post-strangulation in a child who is 4?
Wow!Thank you. So, it would appear that numerous articles were incorrect that CW was arraigned. Holy cow.

Actually, your face does turn blue when choked for a few, so yes (happened to my niece when she was CeCe's age - choked on food and was 1 minute from death.) But, I think he knew she turned blue because he strangled her.Am I missing something? If SW had just strangled Bella she wouldn't be blue. The body is still warm for up to 3 hrs. after death. So if he really did see her blue, then he must have killed her.
