I would agree with you except for the HOA lawsuit. What do you make of that?

I was wondering about that as well, I read somewhere that their HOA was $52 a month, they were being sued for a little over $1500...which means that the dues were about 2.5 years behind...when was the BK discharged? I wonder if this was a delinquent amount that was supposed to be included in the BK but was over looked by the trustee hence them being responsible now because it was never included...Just speculation....

Now, this is just my opinion, but I don’t think he cared that much. I think he went along for the ride and posed for the photos, but I think she was the one who was motivated to be successful at it. It’s my opinion that he was a pretty good marketing tool because he was good-looking and had a good transformation from chubby to very fit.

I think she did the writing of the IG posts and on FB (if he did use his FB to promote Thrive). If she had decided to quit, I don’t think he would have stayed in the game.

Why did he tell LE where the children’s bodies were so quickly after ‘confessing’? He was already shafted so witholding this info a bit longer to compromise evidence further wouldn’t impact his sentence. Just trying to figure out whether he felt any emotion in relation to his children. As horrific as his crime is, I’m undecided whether or not he cared about them.

IMO he told them because they found the sheet right nearby (with the drone) and told him so. He was done, at that point, and he came up with his desperate crazy story about his wife being the culprit. He had to play the part of a father who would care about burying his kids and they manipulated him into messing up since the already had so many pieces of the puzzle. Listen again to his interview still claiming he hoped they were all safe and so on. Not a tear. He knows his children are dead. No even a flinch. His story is nonsense. IMO.

Going back to original thought. I flipflop with my thoughts. Many seem to think the children were killed before SW got home. Maybe a child enraged him for some unknown reason. And the rest followed suit.
However, child killing is often to punish the wife.... ?

Having known people who were involved in MLM, and in one case doing taxes for someone who was doing very well in two, I just think you guys would be surprised at how much she was earning. She had a big downline. She could collect commission 8 levels deep. I am sure she was making more than him.

They were definitely in financial trouble at one point but that was before the MLM. They no longer had car payments to contend with and those were two very big contributers to their trouble in the bankruptcy filing. IMO most of their troubles resolved because she started earning more money than she was at the job she had at that time.

Respectfully disagree. The house was a huge problem.

I guess at some point , this may possibly wake some folks up that truly get wrapped up in MLM.
It's never truly a 'quick $$' thing. Ever.
Heck, I sold scentsy for a bit to basically get my own stuff at a discount and then quit. Having to make specific sales amounts , and doing 'parties ' is not my thing.

I know some people who literally empty their.bank accounts to keep 'sales ' up and alienate friends and family with the constant posts about what's being sold.

I have a sister in law that is ALWAYS ALWAYS in a new MLM.
She will argue it's not a pyramid scheme until I draw it on a paper for her ....in the shape of a pyramid.


Also, I know CW job probably wasn't exactly underpaid , but that house seemed so excessive .
Its on a ReMax site that shows the interior of the home and I just thought 'damnnnnn'

Seriously poor SW, she likely and naively probably never thought anything bad like this would happen. Again, IMO, I do believe he was likely emotionally and mentally abusive. But she probably never thought he'd physically hurt them.

Do you think he got the 300 mlm allowance towards his own truck though? That was pictured being towed- is that one his or the comapny's? ( SW posts about his eligibility for his own car allowance.)

I’m an accountant and own a firm that is targeted to small business owners. I have some very highly successful clients who go MONTHS without paying bills simply because they are lazy or don’t care. I see their bank accounts and know they have enough to pay their bills, they just don’t.
One of my clients waits until something is on the verge of being shut off or sent to collections before he pays. I think maybe they intended to pay before they got sued for it but perhaps didn’t get around to it. I think they just are irresponsible. But that doesn’t mean they are broke.

I'm pretty sure the HOA isn't going to collect those dues now. Just sayin'..... ;-)

I am wondering if this is just devil's advocate pinning or if you really are believing shanann killed her children. Law Enforcement is interested in the truth and it seems wildly improbably that it lies anywhere other than in Chris Watts deciding to annihilate his family. The only possibility other than premeditation (he fits every trait for that , btw) is that he snapped and killed the ids when left with them on his own, and then felt he had no choice but to kill his wife when she came home to what he had done. All my opinion only.

DAdvocate, I don't doubt that CW told SW prior to that last night that they were losing the house (which she undoubtedly already knew) and that he was leaving her for someone else (which she undoubtedly already knew) and instead of SW snapping, it was CW who snapped and proceeded to kill her because he hated her that much for keeping him from his mistress and from his freedom to live the life that he wanted without responsibilities, debt, Thrive, pending pregnancy and two young children plus SW had a successful business and was moving forward despite CW.
