This came up a lot in No Stone Unturned about Necrosearch

Even where the lead is strong, the person writing the cheque often wants guarantees that something will be found to justify spending. Otherwise it is easier to do nothing and not take a risk.

Sadly just how bureaucracy works, when you don't have a set budget for the line item, and thus will have to justify it to someone when it all goes wrong.
I just hope it's Necrosearch that's involved in this. I imagine they will be, as they were active from the very beginning. I still can't believe that, as it tends to be much older cases for them.

Investigators weren't messing around here.

I wonder what their lead is? Has to be something new.

I am more in the camp that he buried her somewhere preprepared, where you wouldn't be able to spot fresh digging so easily. My guess is it is up behind the house.

Well, maties, it's time we saddled up and rode forth to find Suzanne. There's no force on earth that can match us for intelligence, courage, persistence, good looks, intelligence, courage - did I mention intelligence? Let's lay our plans!

I believe Morgan lived in the direction he was headed towards Broomfield, early that morning. He passed by her house on his way out of town.
Did it fit with the time, which we know? Sorry, I can't sort the times, when he was driving to where. But okay, it will help to know, that it was on his way out of town to Broomfield, when MG heard him.

Planning my motorcycle trip from Florida to a friends home in Salida for the 3rd week in May...Where in town shall we meet?

I’m open minded and curious what attorney IE has to say publicly about DA misconduct in this case.
She has been railing against LS from the beginning up to the day the case was dismissed without prejudice. I don't think that is going to change.

Honestly, I think IE and team has had some misconduct in this case also.

I understand that IE is working for BM but when does lying and twisting the facts become “respectable” practice? Purposely deceiving the general public about the facts of this case? Never, in my mind! If she would just keep her big mouth shut, I could muster some respect for her. She KNOWS the truth of the matter but decidedly goes out on a mission of deception.

While I’m at it, shame on any station that does not do its’ due diligence to get to the actual truth of the matter. They are part of the problem here. IE should be called out on her lies and obfuscation of the truth. Isn’t that what “investigative” journalism is about?

I’m just utterly disgusted that “THAT woman” gets to spew her lies trying to make “THAT man” look like a victim of the legal system. Makes me ILL! MOO. End of rant, for now.

This case didn't make it to trial to hear testimony from both sides. I don't assume everything the defense says is a lie, as I don't assume everything the prosecution says is the truth. I can't look at this case like that. I also don't read the AA as facts, end of story.

BM is a free man right now. Is that because his defense was so good or prosecution was bad? I say both are true IMO.

The case was dismissed. Are we still allowed to sleuth Barry's involvement, considering he may be a victim of the case- just like his adult children?
Respectfully, the case going to trial was dismissed WITHOUT prejudice to preserve the State's ability to successfully prosecute BM who remains the only suspect charged with the murder of his wife. There is no SODDI and LE is not seeking a different party responsible.

TOS provides that we can sleuth POIs and/or suspects once named.

Agreed.

"there is no evidence", "they rushed to charge prematurely"

Of course it is obvious nonsense - as proven at the Prelim. She is pretending that the discovery issues are because the case was too weak, even though the case was already successfully presented before.

This is the defence counsel behaviour I am sick of - just flat out lying to the public.
I agree with you. Sick of it myself. What can we do about it? If you have an answer, I want to know it.

Everyone yells “fair trial” or “defendants rights”! They may as well tell us “Suzanne got what she deserved”.
