The most incriminating evidence at trial will be M and M. IMHO SUPER MOO! BM FALSELY told them he did it...nobly - at SM’s cancer-pain motivated request, out of love, not withstanding the legal risk to himself

In the beginning of all this, I half expected that to be what actually happened. It seemed so odd that BM looked so guilty, and the girls were so silent (remember, they are college age, not little kids.) I wouldn't have been surprised if it had come out that this was an assisted suicide and that SM didn't want the girls to lose their Father. I wonder if that is the story he told the girls, or if he stuck with abduction by drifter, bear or mountain lion.

On Friday, I watched the 20/20 episode on mother Gretchen Anthony. She tried to scream for 911 through her Alexa device but it didn't work because you have to program it through your Alexa device in order for it to work. I guess they were able to get the data through her device and found out that she tried to scream for help. I found that very interesting.
My understanding of how the voice assistants (Alexa, Siri, Google, etc) work is this: they are always listening, but they are only listening for their trigger word. So they're not recording or uploading the things they hear until they get triggered. Once that happens they record the next phrase and upload it to the cloud to be processed and then a response is sent back to the device.

I don't know the details of the Gretchen Anthony case, but it sounds like she did trigger the device. Unfortunately the command she gave it didn't get executed because calling 911 wasn't enabled. But since she activated it by saying Alexa, her request would have been recorded and uploaded to Amazon's servers. So it was stored there and retrievable when LE asked. If she hadn't said 'Alexa' nothing would have been recorded or uploaded. So I don't think you can count on those devices to regularly document violent incidents unless the victim has the presence of mind to trigger them as it's happening.

When Barry put the PP home on the market a mere 4 months after Suzanne went “ missing”, he said it was because the girls were afraid to live there, so my guess is he was telling the girls all along the scary Mountain Lion:rolleyes:, or
the “bad guys” got their Mom.
Yeah Barry, we know a bad guy got your daughter’s Mother.
Now tell us where Suzanne is so she can be brought home to her family and laid to rest properly.

What about the Chaffee County landfill? Would Barry know the landfill well, being a landscaper, or have any kind of "special" access, even if it's closed? He wouldn't look out of place there, either, late at night or a weekend. He could have killed Suzanne, put her in a vehicle, tossed the bike, tossed the helmet (if it wasn't planted days later), driven through Poncha Springs and tossed whatever it was he was digging for in the garbage there days later, then been at the landfill in about 25-30 mins. Here's the map.

That just seems like such an obvious thing to do with a body, and was hopefully searched. I'm still a firm believer that she's on the PP grounds, but if she's not, she's someplace he's very familiar with. Easy in, easy out, and not too far from home.
I agree she is somewhere he knows well.
Because this is a Murder 1 charge.

I wonder how all his 'helpers' are responding to his arrest?

Alexa operates via WiFi connection.

By request, she calls my phone when I can't find it. She'll call anyone in my phone's contact list. She's connected to my smart plugs meaning she can turn off and on items that are plugged into smart plugs. She can do so much more!

Alexa can't dial 911 for me because 911 is not entered in my contact list. So, thanks for informing us of that fact!

As quirky as WiFi was at PP, I'm not sure how efficently Alexa would perform.
I have called random numbers by saying, "Alexa, Call 1-234-456-7899." It doesn't have to be a number in my contact list. She will call the number that I tell her to call. I'm not sure how it would work with 911. I'll research.

I also wanted to mention that Chris M. said that Barry said that Suzanne and he got into a fight. I think that he said that it was Friday night (5/8/20). Did anyone else hear Chris say this on his latest Y/T? It was a new bit of information to me.

OK - that would jibe with him sticking with the "creeper" story. If he was student of True Crime, perhaps he believed that Scott Peterson would still be free if the bodies hadn't washed up - that there still would have been that sliver of doubt because of the alleged "bad guys" in the park when Laci was allegedly walking the dog. BM's calculus may be "no body, then maybe 'they' still have her."

Yes, after he figured out his BS Mountain Lion attacked Suzanne wasn’t flying, he started pushing the abduction, had a run-in with someone she knows well, kidnapped by sex traffickers stories, hoping one of those would stick. A 49 year old woman kidnapped by sex traffickers?? Yeah right Barry. As beautiful and fit as Suzanne was, she aged out of the sex trade years ago. SMDH.

Allegedly he’s a fan of and listened to True Crime podcasts. Hmmm. Methinks Barry wasn’t paying close attention.
At any rate, he’ll soon have plenty of time on his hands to brush up on his TC skills.
(insert sarcasm).

I was wondering, what happens to human blood when mixed with animal blood? Does it show up differently when they use their detection equipment, can dogs tell the difference? Are they able to differentiate between the two different dna's?

Completely distinguishable by DNA. Dogs can tell the difference (cadaver dogs, anyway). Luminol does not distinguish (IIRC). I think there is a newer chemical that does distinguish, however.

I have quite a few Amazon echo devices they will not call 911 directly. There is no code. You have to have an Amazon skill added to your echo device called Ask my buddy you put in your emergency contacts (5) free they charge for more. You would say “ask my buddy to text whoever you chose or all of them. It will send your contact an emergency text. You can purchase an Amazon device that connects to your landline if you have one then it is able to call 911.

To make this idea even more interesting, the woman who was shown in the photos hanging out with Barry and grabbing Mexican food, pictured recently in the Daily Mail, is the same woman who now owns Suzanne's black RR, if I'm not mistaken. (I could be. I might have my red-heads mixed up.) Imo, that is why Chris said "you know who you are."
Maybe BM gave it to the recipient in Indiana, that would be telling.

For any of you weight lifters, body builders etc. how long will it take for BM muscles to shrink while in jail not working out?
Sad to say that one's muscles start to atrophy pretty quickly, maybe, within a week, the breakdown begins...

Understanding Muscle Atrophy: Use It or Lose It

From the link:

HOW LONG CAN YOU GO BEFORE STRENGTH BEGINS TO DECREASE?
Studies have shown that within a week there are molecular signs of atrophy. Depending on the muscle group, the time varies, with lower body muscles showing signs of atrophy quicker

That being said, Barry will figure out a way to exercise and lift weights in jail/prison.

Re hot tub.
This guy is an experienced hunter he would not have needed many tools at all to dismember her or an animal he hunted.. maybe 3 or 4, a couple of sharp knives.. maybe a power tool..
A far smaller cleanup area would have sufficed..
Like , for example the bath tub in the motel?
Then used motel towels to dry them after chlorination?
If he's used one of his machines that do 'mechanical things, it's likely it would have smashed a hot tub..

That is an interesting theory. Somehow he has them convinced she “made” him do it?

I would not rule this out, although it would require BM to admit to killing Suzanne, which I'm not sure he'd do unless as a last resort.

OTOH, there are witnesses on record as saying that he was adamantly opposed to SM's trying cannabis-derived products as pain relief, so it might be a tricky case to make ("Murder plot rather than pot," as the Daily Fail might say).

It's strange, I've thought about the cancer issue with SM living on a golf course, her type of cancer is connected to golf courses, then I wondered about BM in "landscaping" hopefully it was just a coincidence and not him poisoning her. moo
Perhaps that was what enraged him, the D—- Doctor's cured her again! I think he planned on her dying and that did not happen , so his plans were interrupted and decided to get rid of her.
