FYI...MK with PE is going Live this morning. The episode is labeled ‘Barry Faces More Charges Suzanne Family Speaks Out’. I didn’t provide a link because I don’t know if it’s allowed but if you hop over to his YT channel he’ll be Live in 3 hours from now.

ETA: I would like to add that I don’t know if MK will actually have the Moorman family on the show or if MK may just be passing on comments they have made to him or in a statement.

someone posted the following link yesterday, I’m not sure if it’ll answer the question you have but it doesn’t hurt to take a look. Credit to the original poster for providing this but I can’t remember who - just found this in my history to grab for you.

edit to add that it might’ve been yesterday or might’ve been a few days ago. The days have been a blur following all of this..

If the Moorman family received the AA yesterday, how long do you feel this judge will wait before releasing publicly? In Gannon Stauch case the judge was giving G’s family a week, but AA was “leaked” to the public. Judge then ordered it released publicly. Thank you again!

It is really up to the Judge’s discretion. A couple days to a week seems usual. The media is usually really pressing to get it released so the judge has to balance that with keeping the process fair and respecting the victims family.

Is this normal for them to go live in the middle of the day? I wonder if they know something. I want to read the AA but am a lil scared to as well.

Thank you. I understand the judge needs to be sensitive to the family of the victim. This judge seems to be willing to advance this quickly, much credit to him.

Not a “usual” thing with MK to go live in the middle of the day. I expect he’ll either have recorded convos with siblings or maybe 1 or more will speak during the live broadcast. I’m not going to miss it. I think we’ll learn a little of what’s in the AA. Just MOO
 
A while back, @Diddian listed what some of the many search warrants might be.

One of those is hopefully for Bobcat, the company, not to be confused with The Bobcat, BM's pet. An expensive piece of equipment like that is going to have vehicle tracking equipment built in.

When someone writes a true crime book about this case, they could subtitle it The Travels and Travails of a Bobcat.

I agree that it’s not a typical planned episode for MK. He posted very late last night. So it definitely is one of those “due to special circumstances” type of episodes.

Within the last 12 hours, LS tweeted that the AA was unsealed. Then shortly thereafter she deleted the tweet and when asked if the AA would be released later in the evening, she responded a confident No. Then after a few hours, you have MK posting the link for his Live episode. So it’s pretty obvious things are moving rapidly behind the scenes as informed parties are trying to coordinate the release of the AA.

IMO and pure speculation: I wonder if the Moorman family requested to review the AA first before it’s release and therefore have been up all night dissecting its contents. I know I would be.

In Gannon Stauch case, the judge specified 1 week for the family to review Letecia’s AA. However it was leaked publicly prior to the 1 week lapse by someone who had access to it. The judge then decided to release it publicly. I’m sure the Moorman’s spent last night going over it, possibly with the help of Mike King interpreting parts of it. They can be hard to understand unless someone versed in law can help weigh through it. moo and speculation.

*Hearing on Advisement (Virtual) (re ballot fraud)(@ 10:30am MT) - CO – Suzanne Renee Moorman Morphew (49) (missing May 10, 2020, did not return from bike ride (supposedly), Maysville, Chaffee County, not found) - *Barry Lee Morphew (53) arrested & charged (5/5/21) with 1st degree murder after deliberation, tampering with physical evidence & attempting to influence a public servant. No bond.

5/5/21 Update: Barry Morphew was arrested & charged (5/5/21) with 1st degree murder after deliberation, tampering with physical evidence & attempt to influence public servant. Advisement hearing on 5/6/21 virtual.
5/6/21 Update: According to court documents, Morphew's public defenders are Magdalena Rosa & Daniel Zettler. Morphew's attorney tried to get the media banned from the hearing & they also asked if he could appear in plain clothes. Judge Patrick Murphy denied his requests. Judge read Morphew his rights & charges. Judge issued a “protection order” for the 2 daughters. The contact between BM & girls has to be “civil, no threats, etc.” Protective order: DA wanted, but that order was predicated on civility. Judge is not against contact with M & M. They can go visit him in jail. Will be a controlled visit. Judge admonished Morphew & told him if he was going to have this privilege, it had to be civil in nature, he cannot harass, argue or annoy or he will be charged with additional charges. Motion to seal the arrest warrant-granted. Defense received the probable cause affidavit on a thumb drive. Defense will file preliminary motions next time. Prosecution to turn over discovery to the defense by May 27. DA concerned he was flight risk: asset selling, recently bought vehicles, took his bobcat to Indiana & told several he was moving to Arizona. The judge held him without bail. Next status conference hearing on 5/27/21 @ 4pm. 5/6/21: State of CO: Order re: Public Release of Arrest Affidavit. The arrest affidavit will remain sealed until at least 5/13/21 giving the defense time to read it and/or object to its release. If they object the matter will be set for a hearing.
*Charged with felony forgery of public records & misdemeanor elections-mail ballot offense. $1K Bond.
The Chaffee County Sheriff’s Office was notified by the Chaffee County Clerk of a report of alleged voter fraud. They had received an election voter ballot for a missing person, Suzanne Morphew, who had been missing since May 2020. The clerk provided the ballot to be photographed and taken as evidence. On the back of the ballot envelope, there was no signature next to the voter signature, but Barry Lee Morphew signed the witness’s signature. The offenses occurred between October 22, 2020 & May 13, 2021.
5/13/21 Update: Federal charges of voter fraud; advisement hearing on 5/14/21.

I think the Moorman family would want it to be released as soon as possible. They've probably been given a lot of details by investigators since the arrest.

Thank you. I trust Mike King and don't believe he plays word games with viewers. If a member(s) of Suzanne's family is going to speak with him, that's a big deal, especially after presumably reading the AA. That has to be very raw emotion for them right now. They trust him, like the sister talking to Lauren Scharf and the brother releasing a statement for her to read. IMO
