He probably hasn't slept much. Jails are usually noisy and the lights are kept on at night. Probably for security reasons.

They use toothpaste for that and when they need photos stuck to the wall. Those inmates get very clever how to use min resources available.That may be “sweat/grunge” making it look like gel

I think if there had been any incidents or he had been treated for any injuries it would have been reported. I guess we'll have to wait and see if MSM reports anything.
