When I heard that, I presumed that the other attorney of the partnership was with BM at the jail. To explain things to him as proceedings progressed. And perhaps in case they needed info from him (to share between his two attorneys) during the proceedings.

Ok that makes sense. But I think Dru Nielsen was sitting by her side with the black glasses on. So I assumed they were speaking of one of his daughters being “with him”.

I never really gave it any thought before, but now I wonder if BM rented a storage place for his landscaping machines? We know he was attached at the hip to the stupid bobcat but surely he had lots more equiptment than that. My own garage has more than that but it'd never hold what it takes for a professional landscaping company.

If someone was with Barry in that cell designated for hearings, I imagine it would be a member of his legal team. It wouldn’t be family or anything.

I knew his daughters had permission for visits so I thought of them. A rep from his lawyers office makes more sense.

He is probably very aware that his face will be out there on Google forever. And while he can change his name (if he ever gets released) a complete face make-over might be painful, and expensive.

The less photos of him in jail attire, the better (for him, and maybe for their daughters).

By all indications...it appears that Suzanne's phone went dark Saturday afternoon or late evening. We don't know if it reactivated at any point. What I am focused on during the "dark phase" is that Barry claims to have been with her, at first "to make the wife happy, hiking and biking"....and then, on Sunday, 5am. So....if Suzanne's phone was dark at the same time Barry claims to have been with her....explain that, Barry.

You have to wonder if he thought to take her phone for a bike ride or anything?

This kind of MSM reporting went on for at least 5 days-- even after announcing "the husband's" reward:

Maybe (just maybe) that will begin to change as Rule 55.1 requires judges to affirmatively explain ON THE RECORD why they are withholding documents, actions and decisions that are presumptively public. Those records were published by the media, but you’re right, they never made it to the court site. As we’ve seen in other cases though, they should eventually.

There are other motions as well that are out there, but they also have not been uploaded to the court website.

I’m sure the documents I’m referencing could be obtained by a reporter, as they are not under seal. It’s frustrating that’s not happening here, and there isn’t a specialized court reporter doing some digging (like Lance Benzel in the Berreth case).
