People v Morphew: finding and order on Sept 17 at 1:30 pm at an in person hearing where attorneys may make an argument and the court will rule. The release of the affidavit will be discussed at that hearing.

Bet he looks mad. Bet he thought he was walking out today.

I know I have pages and pages to read to catch up. That said, moo, BM felt justified in being Suzzane judge and jury.

He saw her as a "sinner." And he took her out.

Yes - and there was really almost nothing said today that you, Warwick, would need to catch up on - you've heard it all here on WS.

I totally agree that Barry (dispenser of cash, owner of Puma Path and of Suzanne, primal Man Incarnate) thought of himself as judge, jury and executioner in this case. I wonder if his confession (his "life story" bargained for immunity) includes that God clearly directed him to do what he did (like God did with Abraham) and God didn't stay his hand, so...well, here we are.

I don't see how the judge can be ruling to not go to trial if he is waiting nearly 4 weeks to rule on this. If he was even leaning toward not having a trial, why hold an innocent man for 3 1/2 more weeks? I think it's more likely he is leaning way more toward trial and he needs time to write out the reasoning.

Maybe taking M1 off the table takes time.
