Feeling the need to note that Sept 14th is first launch of the brand new source of news.
A bit skeptical ?

Former Colorado Sun, CS Gazette & Denver Post staff involved from a quick look at recent Denver Business Journal report but need to hunt further before trusting 100%

The reporter is first-class. Broke info in the KB case, too.

However he killed her, he may have got blood on himself.

and heartbreakingly, thinking about all the sick possibilities of what he, a big game HUNTER, could have done with her lifeless body, i would imagine he would have gotten all sorts of bodily fluids on himself and his clothes. i think the bleach was a wash up of his person, and the hotel was a wash up of his tools and possibly his vehicle, just to be sure nothing was tainted.

i think he got her out of the house, and attacked her, so there wouldn't be blood for evidence found inside the house. or he had someone else ambush her. based on his actions of "barricading" himself into the puma path home yesterday, and marching around guarding the place like a crazed soldier, i still feel like she is on that property, or adjacent to it. there is a reason he doesn't want andy coming on that property. there has to be a better reason for his wild behavior than him just throwing a little temper tantrum.

i'm hoping for another upcoming search warrant, like STAT. before somebody gets hurt.

ETA: OR. i just had an idea. what if BM was acting a fool yesterday as a diversion tactic to make everyone THINK she was on the property, bc of his crazy behavior, so they would focus there and not on all the other places they were searching. a "look over here not there" kinda thing? hmmmm.

Just had a strange moment watching a video of Andy, I've never noticed much of a resemblance between he and Suzanne but just watching a video of him on the search and it was all of a sudden it was like looking at Suzanne! Woah that was freaky.

really?! oh, i think they look so much alike. breaks my freaking heart when i see him speak. ugh. can't keep my emotions out of this one. wth!

find suzanne!!

I trust the author, so I don’t care much about the publication itself.

She’s very well respected, and is followed by 16 journalists I’m following on Twitter. The helmet makes complete sense too, as it had to have been missing from the home to sell the bike ride.

Barry also referenced it in the note he scribbled.
Yep, we've been saying this for months now.

Just curious- has anyone been able to follow today’s real-time search on the ArcGis app ? I can access yesterday’s search(9/24) but not today’s. I wonder if there is a reason they might be keeping it private/only available to searchers/people who sign in. Hmmm..

I hadn’t looked at byline in confusion over the name of news, first thought a misprint combo of Den Post & Gazette
Looking further Carol is the one who moved over there from The Colorado Sun, both respected

I thought they said on PE that drones would be used today (Tig is involved?)

I posted the elk hunting season dates for Colorado - BM must be either a bow hunter or using a muzzle loader, as regular season doesn’t start until something like Oct 2, IIRC (my real computer is broken, in the shop, and I am on mobile, but it’s a 90 page document available if you google Colorado hunting regulations - pretty sure it’s page 44).

While BM certainly has the right to turn away trespassers from his property, the optics both on his actions and his mental state are not good. BTW, our trail cams work without wireless or cellular - they just have a memory card in them and we swap out the card occasionally in order to view the motion triggered events (we’re looking for the people who are dumping trash in the street near our house as well as checking for coyotes - a dog was killed in a backyard near our house recently). They are super easy to install.

Exactly! It does make sense that she was killed somewhere else outside of the house or they probably would have had enough evidence already. If he took her somewhere in the mountains and killed her, that = premeditated!

I forget which poster has been speculating for a while now that he took her in the mountains and pushed her off a cliff. I think now that could be the case.
Yeah that would be me. It wasn't a very popular theory at the time. I just think he is too damn lazy to be carrying bodies up mountains on his big broad shoulders. I also got in trouble for discussing the drug element, but now I see a lot of people speculating about it. I also think he could be involved in other crimes that I won't mention now for fear of getting TO and I want to be here when that SOB gets his *advertiser censored** handed to him

I didn't look at it when it was live to the public but when everyone was commenting about where searchers were - I didn't think it was really a good idea for anyone and everyone to see. If it's been locked down to only approved searchers - that makes me feel better. IMO

OK now I can get into the ArcGIS Explorer app map but what I can see is altered. The Esri team seems to be updating the software and turning features on and off, so be aware of that as it could all change again in a matter of minutes.

Don't shoot the messenger.

P.S. I'm just the messenger. ;)

DBM.

Apologies - not the correct URL.

Would a large quantity of liquid chlorine left open (which then turns into gas) be enough gas to knock someone unconscious?

Would the smell be so powerful that it would be noticeable 24 hours later?
Speaking from experience yes. I once mixed bleach and spic and span to clean the tub. I can't express what a bad idea that was. I almost lost conscienceness before I could drag my carcass out of the bathroom. TIP of the day, Don't ever mix bleach with another substance.

Sounds like they're tracking who's tracking the tracking. o_O

Last night there was at least one post on social media that included a screenshot of a list of specific items that were found. There’s no way PE would have approved this.

I imagine that’s why the app is not being updated.

FYI,

We have no evidence of a pending divorce or that Suzanne had or was going to file for divorce. There was speculation by her brother that he thought she "might be headed for divorce." (he speculated this based on his conversations with the friend she was texting and learning all may not have been going well in the marriage).

This is, unfortunately, how rumors gets started that then take on a life of their own. IMO.
I noticed, that rumors become true often, only with time shift. I didn't remember the wording, you are reciting, but more definitely wording. I won't search for it; we will see, IF.

Agreed. It would seem to me that if they are talking that much with people from IN, that it is possible, and maybe even likely, that those conversations tie in with motive (as opposed to what actually happened Mother's Day weekend)? Maybe they are building a case for premeditated murder?
Could be they trying to tie him into another crime in IN.
