I'm now questioning if BM specifically asked JP about working at the Broomfield job Sunday when they allegedly met on Saturday afternoon.

I think it's possible that JP was looking for work for the upcoming season and MG was trying to help JP out and put him together with BM. It's my impression that MG knew nothing about going to Broomfield on Sunday until she was contacted by BM to put a crew together where BM allegedly gave her the OK to contact JP. I understand that JP also contacted BM on Sunday to confirm this job offer.

At this time, I believe BM was texting MG at 4 AM Sunday. I'm also giving MG an ounce more credibility on her interview with LS than I'm giving JP's story to the DM.

MOO
So is JP then the source of the SM 4pm sighting?

Dr. Phil closes with the standard “don’t sue me,” line.

He extends an open invitation to Barry if he ever feels like talking about his missing wife.

Barry won’t take him up on that

Andy’s interpretation of the 27 second video.

“Well, if that were true, he’d be sitting here, talking to you.”

Dr. Phil hates his body language.

Haaaa. Producer got Barry on the phone, and was told that he’s not ready to talk yet.

“Why is he not out there climbing hills with you?”
Thanks for the highlights. I checked our TV guide. This exclusive is airing now (3 pm central) in my area.

BM's phone, taken from MG's phone, taken from cellular carrier data, or taken from all three sources). The mere existence of those texts would tend to cast doubt on JP's entire account (if in fact they do exist). IMO
^^ RSBBM

Yes. I really don't see JP giving DM the story where JP says that he's struggling to find work because he's a convicted felon, recently released from prison (as alleged by BM) and a friend of his (MG) put him in contact with BM to ask him for an opportunity. I think Saturday was more or less an interview, and why BM allegedly gave MG the OK to contact JP about working in Broomfield. It follows that this is also why JP followed up with BM on Sunday to confirm the
job offer. MOO

“The need exists for the appointment of a guardian of the alleged incapacitated person in that she cannot be located upon reasonable inquiry and property in Hamilton County, Indiana, needs to be sold,” the petition reads.

A member of Suzanne Morphew’s family who spoke on the condition of anonymity said that Barry and Suzanne owned multiple rental properties in Indiana, and said they recalled Suzanne saying that the couple was planning on selling at least one of them. The family member said they were unaware of Barry Morphew’s petition for guardianship when CrimeOnline asked them to comment on the matter.

The court documents show that Suzanne and Barry Morphew’s eldest daughter, who is an adult, provided consent for her father to be appointed guardianship of Suzanne.

Thanks for linking this, @Jo in Calif .

"Provided consent...", may or may not mean willingly.
This could be another example of control over household finances.
Not sure if BM was enabled while growing up, but he comes off as a person to whom one does not say "no" .
Imo.

Thanks for the highlights and ending everyone.

I recall the first trial that was ONLINE that I followed and had social media for it...

Casey / Caylee Anthony.

I recall so much much much that we saw on her media (too many to numerate).... that never came into trial.

LE will focus on evidence, and perhaps even keep out some things that are swinging in the wind that some are following.... when they do a motion in limine?

RBBM. Not exactly. MG stated that BM called her Sunday morning to get a crew together for the Broomfield job. I don’t think any of us thought it was at 4:00 a.m.
Do we know for a fact he was on the road to Denver when he was madly texting? Or could he have been texting from someplace closer to home to make it appear he was doing something normal.

The texts Chris Watts made while at Cervi burying Shan’ann come to mind.

Holy crap. Early on Barry called Gene and basically said “I loved your daughter, and I need you to sign some paperwork.”

Chris says this was in relation to the guardianship.

BBM:

Why the past tense, BM?

Too soon to get the word out about your missing wife, but not too soon to get those guardianship papers signed…
by hook or by crook.
Priorities!

Subtle as a sledgehammer, as per.

Ain't that a kicker?
Her father who is elderly and battling cancer.
The man's got ice water in his veins.
Poor Suzanne.
Don't know how she made it all those years.
Much stronger than we think.
MOO.

It really makes no sense that BM would line JP out for the job on Saturday afternoon, and then twelve or more hours later frantically text other workers to "round up his crew" for Broomfield. If AM received his information from LE, one would have to assume that LE has the actual text messages in evidence (taken from BM's phone, taken from MG's phone, taken from cellular carrier data, or taken from all three sources). The mere existence of those texts would tend to cast doubt on JP's entire account (if in fact they do exist). IMO
BAM!

Did Dr. Phil say who verified the sighting at the sandwich shop? Is it the same person who said they thought they saw SM in the car early on, but it turned out not to be Suzanne? Maybe eventually LE verified it was her and that's what they meant when they said the last time she was seen was later than they thought?

I wonder if AM ever looked into the claims by BM that Suzanne was seen by two people on Sunday.
I’m having problems buying into any sighting of SM on Saturday afternoon at 4 p.m. Wouldn’t LE have her cell location data showing that she was there IF she was actually there? I could be mistaken about this because I’m a tech idiot so forgive me if that’s incorrect. Just don’t eat me alive :). Chances of her shutting off her phone when her girls are off on a camping trip out of state is highly unlikely.

Additionally, MG stated that Barry was acting really weird at the Salida job site in the morning, stated that BM said he needed to go home and go biking or hiking to make the wife happy (a dead wife?) and then says he was spotted in town all afternoon by himself.

Colour me confused  But I bet LE is NOT confused. They are just missing a few pieces of the puzzle they need to find before they put the hammer down!! MOO.

Does anyone here have some familiarity with the PPP loan process? The list of approved applications is public data, but not the denied applications.

I was surprised to see how few companies took advantage of the program in Chaffee (comparing this with my small, tourist-dependent home town). But that surprise assumes that few applications were made in the first place; I totally failed to consider the number of potential denials.

Just thinking outside the box, if one missed out on the chance of interest-free money, the source of which was drying up by the end of April, perhaps one might start considering the broader financial panorama of one’s existence.
We assisted our clients with several - the amount of paperwork you submitted to get the money was enormous - small business owners had to also provide their personal tax returns and disclose any and all assets outside of the actual business they were applying for - forgiveness applications are on hold until they get the requirements straightened out.
