Guardianship petition.Who is GU?
Guardianship petition.Who is GU?
I think, one can hear it on the phone, if the driver is driving cross-country, over bumpy paths.I thought by rambling he meant BM was wandering a long way or digressing from the usual route. I'm not sure how he would know that though, unless he knows what the GPS data reveals.
I'm pretty sure if the previous occupants of the hotel room had used chlorine to clean it due to covid LE would have contacted who ever used the room before to confirm this.
Did BM have usually another crew out of his own official employees and JP/MG were his extraordinary, inofficial crew for certain work? Does someone know, if that is possible?^^rsbm
I'm now questioning if BM specifically asked JP about working at the Broomfield job Sunday when they allegedly met on Saturday afternoon.
I think it's possible that JP was looking for work for the upcoming season and MG was trying to help JP out and put him together with BM. It's my impression that MG knew nothing about going to Broomfield on Sunday until she was contacted by BM to put a crew together where BM allegedly gave her the OK to contact JP. I understand that JP also contacted BM on Sunday to confirm this job offer.
At this time, I believe BM was texting MG at 4 AM Sunday. I'm also giving MG an ounce more credibility on her interview with LS than I'm giving JP's story to the DM.
MOO
Could have been the same time, BM met with JP and was in town with SM (IF at all)?Premeditation or not?
If BM was in town with SM at 4:00 p.m. on Saturday, did he speak to JP about the Broomfield job before or after 4:00 p.m.?
According to JP, he met BM in town on Saturday afternoon and that is when he was lined up for the job on Sunday.

I want to ask in addition: Allegedly JP was 100% new to the business. Did he know Barry's wife? Would he have recognized her?
Agree, I believe it was just a pin drop to indicate the city of Salida only, but it caused confusion because it was showing different businesses at the pin drop, however it was clearly a residential home.Google maps that as “Fresh Start Therapies” (massage?) at 512 I Street.
Maybe the pin just was intended to be dropped in Salida. Not necessarily there.
We had a case on WS (KarenR*stevski), where the responsible husband was highly interested, that the financial situation wouldn't become public. His missing wife (months later found) interested him only marginally. case SM.Long time lurker, first time poster here. There has been so much great information and opinions shared - I thought maybe it was time to make the jump and join the conversation?
Out of many things that have bugged me about this case, I still can't understand the timing of the move to Colorado. One child was in last years of HS...I can't imagine moving at that time in a child's life unless you had to? Also, the sale arrangement of the Indiana house.....seems like there may have been some sort of urgency to move on?
I know sleuthing of the business is not allowed, but I can't help but think things may not have been as they seemed (financially). And someone may not have wanted this information to be revealed during any potential divorce proceedings...all speculation, my opinion only.
I looked at the new timeline kindly posted by another member. But I must be missing something. When did BM go to the HIE in Broomfield? Where he left the tools and wet towels and a smell of chlorine? I thought originally it was Saturday, May 9th. I’m not fitting it in now. TIA.
All we know for sure is that BM was there on Sunday, according to MG and JP. The DM may have assumed he was there on Saturday, or maybe the room was booked for Saturday, but that has not been confirmed.I looked at the new timeline kindly posted by another member. It says:Husband of missing Colorado mom spent the night before her disappearance at cheap Denver hotel | Daily Mail Online
They seem to be assuming that because JP saw wet towels on Sunday morning that BM must have stayed the night on Saturday night. He doesn’t say that himself in the article.
JP in the Daily Mail said:“I got there Sunday night and the room smelled like chlorine real bad.“
That is what I recall as well. Something isn’t adding up. BM admits being at the motel because he states in an interview with LS that ‘he did nothing wrong at that hotel’. But he is texting MG at 4 AM on May 10? He was seen in Salida with SM at 4 PM May 9th?
It says:
It was Sunday evening JP arrived
Key word “showering”, etc. Possibly, moo.Sorry, yes, Sunday evening. Even more time for showering and napping
