I think its very interesting the stalking stops when he is out of town. Mom may not be overreacting as much as people think. I think this is all going to become much clearer as this unfolds. Truthfully I wish she would just put it all out there.

The HOA president had keys to all the homes, IIRC.

In the blog comments on yesterday's post, she also said that they discovered that the sliding glass doors had keylocks that they'd never noticed, but they never had the key(s).

we do not know if it stopped, we only know that the mother did not notice anything. but we also do not know so much more.

And for that matter, I would never give my landlord a key & would immediately change the locks to any new residence I moved into. Just a wise protocol I've always lived by. I've even seen where landlords have it in their lease agreement for them to always have a key to the place in case of emergency. No way!

That and a nice ole' Dobie with an axe to grind attitude & a pink S/W keeps things nice and cozy. just kiddin', sorta' :floorlaugh:

Haha, I agree.

Just so you know, most landlords have 100% precent rights to the keys. If you change the locks, you are suppose to supply your landlord with a spare key. Now, by law, they are not suppose to enter your property without a written notice of 24-48 hrs. (some states may be different. That's why I always recommend anybody that rents to check out tenant laws in your state)

Yes thank you I read that however, the part that M was very upset and recognized him is telling me it is someone she knew and never expected. My money today is on CA.

Me too, but it is a powerful way of storytelling, if she can keep the readers over a 4-month commitment. Along the way, IMO, she's healing, making contacts, gathering tips, and helping others. A win-win.

It may be silly, but today was the first time I heard of a crack in m's personality when she yelled at her mother.

Good point; I hadn't thought of it that way.

Also, it's a sign of the stress building up (understandably). I wonder if they ever moved to chauffeuring M? We'll see...

I'm very curious to see how they handle the 2nd car incident (where M recognizes someone).

Oh, geez. I hope not! I'd like to think that she had some real friends in her life during this time. Poor kid. But I don't think it was him, because he's posted a comment or two on the blog before (early, early on) and Mom didn't take it down. (Granted it was supportive, but still...)

I think her money's on K, because I don't think she'd take the risk of painting him in a bad light if she didn't really think he killed her daughter or played a major role in her demise. She's got to know that the whole valley could turn on him as a result of her postings, KWIM? She doesn't strike me as one who'd want to cause anyone any grief that didn't have it coming to them in a big way.

lol Well she got me hooked. I guess Im in for the duration. Im just used to reading books in a couple of days and I want to read the final chapter.I dont think Ive read a novel this intriguing and suspenseful in a long time.

Hey- had a thought about the "PUTU" thing. Does anyone think it could be "STFU"? (As in, you know... Shut The *advertiser censored** Up.) Don't know why, but can't get it out of my head, and I can't see it for myself, for some reason.

Ohhh...it really does not look like an S but I don't know how difficult mowing that sort of thing is. I just find it interesting that the berm was just mowed and this is mowed...might be nothing but there's a lot of interesting mower activity going on out there.

Good call. I didn't put those two facts together myself. Is there a date/time stamp on the Google image? Probably not, IIRC. Interesting...

Ok i could maybe accept the S being bad OR the letters in the wrong order, since I've never mowed anything like that, but not both :/

I'm not really sure it's PUTU though. The U's don't look right and sometimes I see "Pirru" or something when I look at it.
