I remember it but I can't find it. mmmmmm......It was around the time when his cases had apparently wrapped up in CO. The guy was interviewed...he seemed disappointed

Yes...they are all missing! It was in a Colorado article. I’m 99% positive it’s one of the missing Gazette links.
I cannot find it.
"Nations’ plea bargain settled all pending cases against him in El Paso and Teller counties." ????Check this out! It's from Jan. 2018
Nations’ plea bargain settled all pending cases against him in El Paso and Teller counties.
Daniel J. Nations admitted wielding a hatchet while making threat
Right?????? What is going on? New charges they decided on? Or poor reporting?"Nations’ plea bargain settled all pending cases against him in El Paso and Teller counties." ????
I think Lance Benzel needs a Tweet!Right?????? What is going on? New charges they decided on? Or poor reporting?
And the Gazette removed everything re DN. I think we don't know something about new goings ons.

Does anyone know what the arrest warrant is for?
I sent Benzel a tweet...maybe he does not know he is back in CO...I think Lance Benzel needs a Tweet!
Don't they put out an arrest warrant when they can't find you? I thought he's been in jail this whole time! There was nothing further criminally in either county as of Jan. Now he has something in both counties?Well, the arrest warrant is the weird one, does it have anything to do with the violation of probation...or?
When he was in Marion County, the Jail roster said "detainer hold, CO" When I questioned the staff member they said it was a criminal charge then some else said it was a violation of probation .... they do not usually extradite you back for something considered "minor"Don't they put out an arrest warrant when they can't find you? Okay so I can't believe they would extradite him for this violation of probation...he was locked up in frigging IN jails...Failure to comply to what? His probation rules?
Also when was this filed and when was the criminal charge filed in Teller County?
I distinctly remember this. It was a CO detective who said 'that it would be better for DN if he were truthful'. I want to say it was right around the time he was being escorted from CO back to IN. I have looked for quite awhile and can't find a link though.Does anyone recall the Detective in CO saying it would be better if DN made a truthful statement? (something like that)? I am looking for this.
