A tote on wheels makes sense but she'd have to be in a fairly remote location when she ditched it because if anyone saw her.... they'd investigate it FOR SURE to see if it was anything of value in a nice new bag.

This bag online at JCP.com is 32 inches tall and is listed for 34.99 quite possible it was 29.99 in the store. 32x14x16 would be a tight fit .. but I dont know how big an average 3 year old girl is but i did find out that at age 3 you are already at half your adult height. Assuming 63 inches at full height then 32 would be spot on target.

Dolce171, agree with you. She left her car so called out of gas w/her purse etc for a reason..Plan that didnt end up working for her. I don't recall her having/driving Tone's car that much and he didn't leave it with her when he went out of town at the end of June.

Actually I believe TonE did leave it with her when he went to NY, she dropped him off and picked him up from the airport. He just didn't realize his car was gonna be her primary source of transportation while he was gone. It was TonEs car she was driving when she and Amy ran over to Target to buy the gas can.

Well, excuse me, I mentioned on some other threads that perhaps there is a possibility of her dismembering the body and placing bags at different locations, due to witnesses observing that it was probably her emerging from the different wooded areas.

If you can believe that she was capable of murdering her child, it is not a far cry from reality that she would also be capable of doing anything necessary to protect herself from discovery.

Once the child was deceased, she may have been able to dissociate herself from the body, as she believed her child's spirit was no longer present.

(Well, excuse me lol, people "parrot" and take credit for my theories, ideas, even exact phrasing all the time but I don't get my feathers ruffled because not everyone reads every thread.) For the record I don't believe KC necessarily murdered her child as her neglect alone could have caused Caylee's death--and that IS a far cry in anybody's book from dismembering her limb from limb. It's one thing to be too busy on the computer or texting to properly supervise your toddler, the guilt and horror beyond imagination should you discover them lifeless in the pool. It seems you must not have read any of MY posts or you would consider that no one discovering their child in this instance, beyond hope of revival or of being restored to their former active, alert self could themselves ever be the same. And were that the case, whatever panic or shame she experienced, whatever cover-up she engaged in, it doesn't mean KC then disected her daughter into pieces, and ran around town burying severed parts in numerous locations--she was short on time AND gas so it had to be close and fast, and would've been gruesome enough just lifting her out of the trunk to immerse her eg. Oh but I'm sorry, clearly you are privy to evidence which not even LE has. Afterall it's SO much easier to overdemonize and harder to WAIT for the totality of evidence to emerge. But since I have a pretty good idea where you're going next, show me something which connects the chloroform not to the computer or the trunk but to CAYLEE. TIA JMO

I do not think she ever left Orlando, its her comfort zone. le didnt ask amy what size the gas can was, or if she ever got the actual can back.She also never says anything about the car, whether they went and put gas in it. In amy's interview she tells le she couldnt remember if it was the 29th or 30th. Even though kc sent the text on the 29th, I dont think they went until the 30th, amy says kc was driving tone jeep and that kc picked her up in the jeep. tone didnt leave for ny until the 30th, and that is when he let her drive his vehicle. I do think she put caylee into some type of duffle so she wouldnt be laying out in the open in the trunk. And that way she wouldnt have to look at her when she disposed of the body by burning it.

This theory would explain why KC's not worried about them finding Caylee. There's nothing left to find. I've also never thought the gas cans were for a car. I personally cannot imagine something so heinous but if she had convinced herself that she was just burning "a bag," she might have been able to pull it off.

So my question then becomes - is there evidence on some property where a fire occurred? On the church property or in JBP? Are you allowed to build a campfire in the park?

Actually, I was trying to stop the "snarkiness" (to BlueEyes) and have been the one person who has not engaged in petty, mean-spirited backbiting (not to mention mad rushing to judgment) on every one of these threads... I've supported your theory and just reached my limit w the overdemonizing--and like you think the "excuse me..." was unnecessary. ETA: Actually I was just making an important point, and thought I used restraint in making it... no really lol. JMO

So I think 6-29 was a Sunday and the car shouldve been at Amscot still. Did AH remember what happened after buying the gas can and filling it up? Did they go by Amscot ? What size gas can was it? 3, 5 gal? Anyone know where the gas can is now? I cant stand the thought of burning a body ... that is pure evil. I find it hard to believe that KC needed the gas cans for filling up her car .. why wouldnt she just continue to use the money she was taking from others to buy gas -- it may be more likely KC took a road trip and didnt want to get caught buying gas outside of Orlando .. but if you are driving around with gas wouldnt your car smell like gas? The gas can doesnt make sense to me.

There is nothing in Amy's statement that says she went with Casey to the car at Amscot or purchased gas for her nor is there anything in Amy's statement about the size of the can. The two cans that Casey took from the house ended up being returned. Casey asked Jesse for a gas can on the 27th but he did not come to her rescue. The receipts that have been released from her shopping with Amy's money show no sign of Casey purchasing any gas cans. If Casey were burning Caylee's body she would have had to do it over several different time frames.
As far as the date of Amy buying the gas can and plus filling it with gas for Casey being June 29th could someone please send me a PM with the source for that information.

If ya'll do go take a walking stick and hang some garlic around your neck. That place gives me the heeby jeebies something awful. Ya'll be careful. Take a camera and your cell phones and a whistle. I'd tell ya to take some pepper spray and a firearm but that may be illegal in Florida. Just be careful.
