Yes it is irrelevant to this case. None of those prescribed drugs were in MJs system at autopsy and these aliases were over a long period of time even back in 1993.

Using aliases in Hollywood is a common practice. Even the Judge in charge of the ANSs case stated it was a common practice and even commonly used in major hospitals to protect a star or entertainers privacy.

AND...........as noted in the old 2009 link....

"But this has been going on, not just with Drr. Murray, but literally dozens of other doctors. ... The LAPD and the coroner's office have quietly been going to other doctors. Subpoenas have been served. This is going to open up a massive investigation into what authorities believe could be gross fraudulent prescribing practices. There are a lot of people who are very nervous in Beverly Hills and west L.A. right now."

The DEA thoroughly investigated all of these doctors and none of them were charged with wrongdoing.

IMO

I know Gene Simmons uses several aliases when traveling to have some privacy and Gene has not been know for drug or alcohol use.

Very possible but we will never know because this chapter is now closed shut. Conrad Murray will be forever known as Michael Jackson's killer.

Apparently what others did to him is irrelevant.

The good news is the Jacksons are united. Joe Jackson happily waving to the fans with Katherine by his side.

What a legacy! And not one to be proud of !

No unfortunately there is very little the Judge allowed in.

I'm not sure what you mean?

Frankly I don't even know why Judge Pastor allowed in three months of treatment from Klein since MJ didn't even have any Demerol in his system at the time he died.:waitasec:

IMO

Don't know if you heard the Judge ask the Prosecutors and Chernoff if there is anything further after Murray left the courtroom but Flannigan approached the Judge and asked if he could appear for Dr. White at the hearing on the 16th of November and the Judge said no.

As in appearing for him instead of Dr. White having to appear? If so, I'm glad the judge said no. Dr. White should have to show up in person and face the music.

IMO

According to CNN, Dr. Murray’s mother, daughter, and girlfriend Nicole Alverez were in the courtroom when the verdict was read and NA told Dr. Murray she loves him as he exited the Courtroom.

Today was the first and only time I heard Conrad Murray's daughter ever attended her father's trial. I'm not sure how old his daughters are but I guestimate they are both adults.

Not only the jailhouse, but he will also be in the poor house especially after that Civil Suit from Mrs.Jackson rolls around

Does Dr. Convict Murray actually have any assets? A car, I guess (paid for?); his house was foreclosed & sold at auction, IIRC; what else?

And whence the $$ to pay those lawyers of his?? Did he have that kind of money lying around? It's usually cash & carry with defense cases -- up front money -- from where? And what was the fee from each? Gotta be at least $100,000 for each of them, and that's a low, seems to me. I just would like to know, now that we're in "easy street" mode.

And I wonder, now that it's 9:30m EST, if Convict has made friends with his bunk mate yet. Showered?

Just fast forward to the 5:00 mm right at the end of this video to hear Mr. Flannigan ask Judge Pastor if he can appear for Dr. White. Maybe the defense wanted to avoid paying Dr. White's travel costs. Mr. Flannigan should ask if Dr. White can appear by video LOL.

It was irrelevant to MJ's death. And Conrad Murray will be forever known as having caused the death of Michael Jackson because he did.

If you think for one minute parents who had a son die in this horrific manner are celebrating or happy, I don't know what to say. They were relieved that justice was done. They are relieved this horrible trial didn't have to be redone because a jury couldn't reach a verdict. They are relieved that there is a modicum of justice, but they still lost their son. Casting aspersions on the parents and family for their reaction to this verdict is pretty indefensible, in my opinion.

He had to have gotten an advance from the documentary folks to pay for the defense. I'll bet Chernoff is out the money he spent on hotels and meals, when all is said and done.

Murray's house went to foreclosure, he owes his various baby mamas a great deal of back due child support, and that car he was driving around LA (remember the cops towing it ?) was registered to Murray's sister in Houston. I don't think he has much to his name, except maybe those $185 ties and the fancy suits.

My heart breaks for his mom. Imagine how proud she was when he became a doctor and look at what she had to witness today in court. Her son being handcuffed and taken away to jail.

A smiling La Toya Jackson told E! News that she was "very happy" with the guilty verdict for Dr. Conrad Murray, who was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in Jackson's death from an overdose of the anesthetic propofol

"Yes," Jermaine Jackson said simply when asked if Murray's conviction made him happy.

Katherine told reporters that she was “very happy with the verdict” and Michael’s brothers and sisters agreed.

It's better than what Michaels kids get to see a headstone with a name.

Exactly.

Katherine Jackson told Alan Duke there is not a day that goes by she doesn't think about her son and cries. She also told him that MJs children talk about their father everyday. She said they tell her 'daddy did so and so this way or daddy did that.' :) and she said she sees so much of MJs creativity in his children. They probably give her the strength to go on.

A mother is just not suppose to outlive their beloved children.:heartluv:

My heart goes out to Catherine, I just want to hug her. I'm sure she will grieve for her son till her last breath.
My grandmother who died at age 99, outlived 3 of her 9 children, one when he was only 6 mos. old. She once told me that there is no other loss quite as bad as giving up your child, and I'm sure there are some here who would agree.
I feel bad for his children as well, but I am so thankful they have their grandparents and aunts and uncles. Michael will be missed by many, many fans but NONE of them will miss him more than his family will.

Will Murray be able to get any Propofol to sleep better in the clink?

Well, his GF's house should be full of it. She can pack some in her instrument and bring it to him when she visits. There oughtta be a couple of gallons back home. With plenty of IV tubing.... Now that he knows about the little hang-tab thingie, set-up ought to be quick & easy for him. Enuff for a lotta bunkmates.

One big jailhouse slumber party.
