You missed the point.... CRYSTAL HAD BEEN IN THE HOME PRIOR... per Marie. When has LE said that there where inconsistancies in Misty's story about the sleeping arrangements? I do not believe LE has stated that WAS an inconsistancie. Give it a look and See if you can find it coming from LE. The inconsistancies started with a reporters mistake and then taken and ran with by the Sheffield family members in the media coverage for days beging on 2/13/09.IMO

Again I am confused--in the past couple of days we have Player explaining why Ron hid the location of his home from Crystal and by extension...couldn't have been there...who to believe..? what to believe?

How would you know that she said it with conviction?
She thought she did, but she was wrong.

We have the Cyrstal saying she wasn't there and the poster Player saying:

"He didn't want Crystal to know where they lived for fear of what happened.. That is why he met at McDonalds in Palatke for the transfer for the weekend".

BBM I guess she must have been watching Ron lock the door in the afternoon then. How else could she have first hand knowledge? I wonder where she was hiding.

I'm sure LE looks at all her inconsistencies.

Well that's wrong information, so it sounds like she had not been there. Haleigh and JR had separate rooms, we never saw JR's but we saw Haleigh's, maybe she was describing where Ron used to live.

I have come to the conclusion after 7 months that we can't believe anything the media reports, AH, TJ, locals, LE, NG. Heck even custody documents, police reports, and photographs don't match what media or locals report. One media outlet reports one thing and then another media outlet reports something completely different on the same topic. Media cannot get names right, relationships right, timeline of events right. LE reports things but people say they are lying to not tip off someone who may be guilty.

Seems like the only fact we do know that cannot be challenged or accused of info being put out there trying to mislead the public for some agenda is that Haleigh is missing. To try and sort thru this mess and the game that some of turned this into has become next to impossible IMO

Sounds like to me Marie is describing an event that took place AFTER the disappearance of Haleigh. Not prior.

Yes, we will. IMO this is about reasonable doubt being nurtured and will only be used in a defense argument. I wonder if LE struggles with My theory is better than yours with out presenting facts.

When I went to the link for the interview, it said it was Feb.13. I'm assuming that once Crystal got there, she was shown through the house by LE to explain what happened. It doesn't necessarily mean she was ever there before the disappearance.

Then we have Wayanne talking about Crystal entering the mobile for the first time ever in March after LE released it and how emotional it was for Crystal and she had asked Misty if she could take one of Haleighs toys.(you will have to do a search for that video - the bookmark I have of it shows link no longer valid.

Which one are we suppose to believe? IMO this is an example we have people at odds on the board with each other and mass confusion. In all my experience, never seen a more in-accurate sloppy job of reporting the facts. On top of that, barely anything from LE, everything else is from special interests, the media and rumors, some that qualifies as slanted because of those with an agenda or bias.

To date, you and Cajun stand out to me in this forum for Haleigh as the ones with the most organized information to share with us in order that we can discuss and sleuth. Hope I haven't left any other member out who has shown such dedication in this convoluted mess of a case.

I agree this has caused confusion, disagreements and people being mis-led or believing in information not accurate and in fact it's not their faults, as you mentioned it depends on what you have read.

As a forum community we need to post correctly to each other and not allow this to be an excuse for rudeness. I think it's also gave fuel to some who use it to cause problems. Thanks for keeping another statement from growing out of in-correct facts.

Well someone is inaccurate as IIRC Ron said the kids each had their own bedrooms? Maybe she was speaking of a previous residence? Just a thought...

Well, Player has gotten things wrong, before (the bloody knuckles... he says he talked to Ron about it... Ron hit the truck with his fist. JVM has a report that LE has it documented that Ron hit the door in the trailer, and took swabs)... so maybe Player got it wrong with this, as well.

I agree with much of that. It has become so peculiar that when I hear any new information I wait a while because so often it has turned out to either be false or different. There are sources that I trust such as LE although they have been known (where I live) to give misinformation to the media in order to trap a perpetrator. There are others whose statements I give much credence to. And then there are some I don't even read anymore.

Yes Haleigh is missing but someone knows where she is. Someone knows what happened. And that person(s) is the one who must be caught and dealt with.
