That is another point ( I know off topic) the new locks on the back door. Two months old and the statements from Rc and MC is they only use the door to take out trash and wash car (vacume)... would they use the key to open the door or would they just unlock it from the inside? The reason I ask is it is reasonable to assume the key had never been used on the back door lock prior. Would the lock show use of a key and if used more than once?

Well, you'd need to be a locksmith to know how much wear and tear locks have after they've been used once or twice but I figure Ron must have at least tested the lock and see if it works after he installed it. At least I would have.

Whisperer, IMHO drugs are a lifestyle choice of many on both sides and irrelivant at this point. You are entitled to your convictions, interpertations of the facts and expressed opinions here and do not want to debate with you. I will say :blowkiss: lets sleuth and leave the debating to the guilty parties attorneys.

Re. #326, Tx..you mention retalliation on both sides...exactly what are you referring to with Crystal retalliating? If you call wanting her son to be in a safer enviornment retalliation than I would be very guilty of that. Is there a specific thing CS has done to retalliate for Ron stealing her children while he was on drugs/arrested for drugs?

IMO the short time frame and its stated use and or non use would be obvious to the trained eye.

Part of the problem with debating is parties are not willing to see what RC is capable of doing. This pretense of let bygones be bygones is just not acceptable. I am guilty of not getting past his imperfections and affinity for breaking the law. I admit I have a problem with that.
A child is missing because people have overlooked the capability of what this person is about. To sleuth a case you have to profile. Some refuse to face the facts that this is part of who he is.
I am not misinterpreting his drug arrests before he won custody. He was arrested for drugs right before he won custody and never told the court. Yet claimed he wanted the children NOT to be around drugs. How is that misinterpreting anything?
Haliegh would be here if not for what he did....the lies and deceit is the reason Haliegh is gone and they are still continuing. People are making excuses for him. Sleuth him, but keep the facts about his capabilities and his history right on top.
I cannot overlook his judgement with young girls and his lies to the court surroudning the taking of these precious children. It all is part of the big picture.

You know whisperer, it really is pertinent to this case. The drugs, assault, abuse and control issues of Rc show a pattern of behavior. A pattern that could be dangerous to a little girl.

Yes, a locksmith or a LE investigator is certainly able to tell that the lock is new and in pristine condition, having not been used much but whether they would be able to say for certain how many times the lock has been opened exactly, I'm not so sure.

Since this is the Crystal thread...we can start with her. Where did she go to school? What grade did she reach? Any illnesses? Did she date? Did she go to her Senior Prom?

No one would deserve this WHISPERER. I have not overlooked Rons Flaws and mistakes, believe me, but, choose not to pick flaws out but find motive, oppertunity and ability to commit this crime and Ron as much as some hate was at work and not involved. Now his actions and poor decisions maybe why and that has yet to be revealed if I am not correct and as of yet nothing. No free pass here!

LOL you can start there. IMO it would be more interesting to discover what Crystal thought about an underage Amber seeing Ron and possible using over the last few years and being around the children. I would love to know all about the inhabitants of Satsuma and who is related to whom and who is best buds with who and where did all those tips Crystal recieved and KP that stated Ron abused the children and where they lived and how they knew.

Crystal has family who lived by Ronald thats why I personally dont by that they didnt know where Ronald lived.

LOL I'll give you this.........it pissed off this Momma! The thing is...we need more proof of opportunity and ability to pull it off for this long...while keeping LE focused in another direction totally. So far I do not see it...when I do, I promise you I'll look long and hard there....and state so. I am stuck where I am until more info comes.....

Stilettos I can not state enough that this has been obvious from the begining. The fact is it was not coming from the Cummings camp. If this was one of yours or even mine who went missing it would be about finding HaLeigh first and then proving Ron unfit, but, that is not what happened. The first time Marie and Crystal opened their mouth it was not to cry and plead for Haleigh it was to rev up the bus and take a bumpy road trip and then on top of that involving DCF at a inapropriate time and with false aligations. Tell me how many times have you seen Crystals face on TV and she did not even mention HaLeighs name or plead for her release and send her love to HaLeigh? How many times do you see RC and TN not mention Haleigh and plead for her and tell Haleigh they love her. The live interviews are fact not fiction and I believe they speak louder than any one can imagine.

If I was Haleigh's real biological "Mama" my whole world would have stopped. I would have taken every opportunity to plead with the perp, public and speak directly to Haleigh in hopes if she did have access to tv she would see me still thinking of her so that she would know I loved her as we know in some cases the perps brainwashes the victim to make them think their family doesn't care about them and have moved on. Elizabeth Smart comes to mind.
I also would be personally going around interviewing anyone that would be willing to talk with me in hopes to get a break in the case. Sometimes it's what you don't see, that tells the story. Reveals the state of mind in where a person stands on a matter. Sandra Cantu's mom comes to mind. She was heartbroken speaking into the cameras.
Stay focused TM for Haleigh and Justice's sake.
