I think they had a Home Depot rep on the list, hopefully to present evidence of MT buying the ponchos, etc. I am wondering if they did any forensics in 80 MS like luminol, bloody fingerprints anywhere etc, or if they were able to locate any burner phones through the phone records presented yesterday that might come in later? I'm also hoping someone analyzed the trash bags found and where they came from.

I always recall reading the AA and seeing virtually no mention of verbal communication between MT and FD at 80MS with the dance of the Tacoma keys but you knew from the description of what was going on that MT must have been very closely attuned to FD demands that she acted accordingly and she acted quickly in her distraction of PG.

Above snipped by me. Yes! And I believe they needed to make sure PG did not yet have the truck so they could have it cleaned right? (At least I don’t think it was taken to the detail shop yet?) And as I am writing this, another element of involvement and conspiracy for MT could well be the movement and detailing of the Toyota pickup.

And I hope the state prosecutors maybe do a PowerPoint slide with a list of the conspiracy elements. Or an in-fill slide that adds each of them, one row at a time. MOO

Idk, with most attorneys I would agree with you, but I haven’t seen much effort so far as this past week saw multiple fails from Defence imo entering basic existing items into evidence which just wasted more Court time.

Defence wasn’t entering “new” evidence and couldn’t even be bothered to properly identify existing State produced work product on the electronic data and print out the necessary item. So many examples of similar things too.

God only knows what will happen when Defence presents their case? My guess is that Atty McGuinnis might just finally lose his cool and Atty Manning will have to physically restrain him from hurling himself at Defence Counsel for showing up with “evidence” written on toilet paper!

Yes! I forgot about those things. Also, someone to ID the tape that was used if they found the roll, or a similar roll, at one of the residences. ETA Or maybe they bought that at Home Depot too.

I’ve always wanted to hear from the FORE IT Consultant who independently came forward to LE and explained about the FORE online backup And how he helped MT wipe and copy her phone.

I’m not sure but I think the Weed footage is out due to stipulation with the “pass the box of evidence” escapade by Defence Counsel which we saw Defence Counsel trying to horse trade himself out of in Court this week as his unlawful and disgraceful behaviour was unmasked in full colour on live TV!

The IT consultant I think was another hero in this case as it was he who reported to LE the “weird look” MT gave him when he said it was horrible that JF was missing.

More elements of conspiracy I think!

I would like to see Facebook representative with a full colour backup and copies of all Messenger messages from MT now deleted Facebook. I do wonder if this is available or perhaps a back up was made and stored to cloud and can be found by LE on MT laptop or iPad. The MT Facebook I believe did about as good a job as anything I’ve seen to explain precisely who MT is as a human and I can assure any who didn’t see it that the person on the FB account bears Zero resemblance to the beige wearing individual sitting each day in court hiding behind her hair extensions.

I’d also like to see JF book (unpublished) enter the evidence pile along with her blog postings to the extent they are relevant. Her blog postings imo were a reflection in many ways of her life and I think it would be fitting to try and bring her to these proceedings as she isn’t here to do it herself. The book I believe might be autobiographical in nature and just might also be instructive as to her perspective of what all was going on around during the timeframe of her life in Farmington and with FD.

It is very important to realise that at the time of her death that there was no near term resolution of the divorce or custody IN SIGHT even though it had been going on for 2 years! FD knew this, MT knew this and yet we see FD allegedly telling MT that 'she would soon be the mother of 6 children' and that he was 'winning' in Family Court per Defence Counsel. I can safely say that there is no factual basis to understand why FD would make either of these statements other than delusion. FD quite simply lied about the status of the Family Court situation is the only way I can understand what might have happened. Why MT, Troconis Crew and Defence Counsel are choosing to repeat the FD lies is something simply doesn't make sense to me as there is no basis in fact for anything they are saying.

She said that she brought the central vac gear, but it didn’t work because 80 Mountainside doesn’t have a central vac, so she had to go back for a different one. Do we know if, in fact, the house did have a central vac system at the time?

Yes, but I think the acrimonious divorce and angry girlfriend are the motive which is an integral part of the crime story in my opinion.

He was supposed to pay interest on the mortgage and I believe taxes as well ($23,000 or so a year) but stopped I think in 2017 iirc. The property was owned by JF and financed by her parents. So, JF and GF effectively housed the individuals (mortgage and taxes) responsible for the murder for 2 years. Ponder that…..

The rest of the properties in Farmington were white elephant McMansions and they didn’t fit in with what was selling in market at time. They also were heavily mortgaged. Sturbridge house in NC had only recently been finished but even so was on high end of NC prices at the time and that market was also then slow and property was also highly leveraged with Danbury Savings Bank iirc. This property also had the litigation with friends of FD claiming imo
Questionable prior liens (think it was Toot and Masiello and some trade creditors iirc) so as to keep funds from any sale out of the hands of GF should there be any residual amt from the sale.

Everything owned by Fore I believe ended up in foreclosure and my guess is that the attorneys involved in the process made more on the properties than FD ever did had he sold but I didn’t do a spreadsheet to prove this all out to the penny.

FD imo put up the houses quickly and with the sole intention of sucking as much money outside the US to himself or his sister as possible in advance of the divorce. FD said in the Civil Case (2018 iirc) that FORE had no revenue, just expenses.

I noticed yesterday when discussing the infotainment data- calls were made to or from Carrie Luft and GF and the doctors office. So I was wondering if that was JFD phone would they call carrie Luft? She would certainly know the situation with FD and could speak about what JFD was thinking around this time?
