Judge Randolph postulated that the jury may or may not deem it the murder weapon.

If it came from JFd's garage, maybe. Blunt force. Or for clean up.

If it came from Home Depot, however, then it was from strictly uses for clean up IMO.

I interpreted Judge Randolph's mention of the mop handle differently. He brought it up in reference to whether the State could justifiably say that multiple blows had occurred. JS protested that, claiming that there was not evidence of multiple blows, only that JFD's head had hit the pavement multiple times.

In response, I thought Judge Randolph mentioned that the jury could take into consideration the mop handle with blood on it it to infer that the use of a mop indicates a volume of blood, suggesting a serious attack involving more than one blow.

Met FD in 2016 (not so sure about this....)
Person MT knew in FD who had alot of common interests
Working towards friendly amicable divorce
Import rug business and was making her life in Farmington
FD hid things from his friends and MT and did so for years

[Duping argument pushed hard by Horn imo]

FD was good at hiding ... lying to her....

PG, LA, no one thought FD was capable of this...

Oh but now there's trouble in MT and FD's relationship.

MT moving to CO at the end of the school year.

But wait -- favorable report...
